Peter Cullen is legendary. Its thanks to his vocal talents Prime became a hero to many. When I first heard about the new Transformers Movie coming out this year I thought it would be a pretty good film. But when I heard Peter was to return and do the voice of Prime i knew that was the cherry on top of the cake for the film
Anyway glad you posted this even though I am a bit jealous since I live in the UK

Optimus will always die when he goes against Megatron, its a rule of engagement between good and evil. Good will always loose once, twice, errr three times, and always resurrect hmmm, (jesus, Gandolf, Prime) wow they have all returned from the grave to defeat evil once, twice, o_0 three times, in Prime's case...he has a record close to Jason of the Friday 13th movies...

One thing you should remember about Transformers is that the show's core purpose is to sell toys. And Optimus Prime is such a legendary character that his toys will always sell. Usually when Optimus dies he'll either come back in a different color or in a completely upgraded body - which means an opportunity to make a new Prime toy. Not that a collector like me is about to complain, though. ^_^
