In fairness though, I didnt know what a vegan was after I was vegetarian for over and year, and ever after I decide to go vegan myself. I just was not into the whole lifestyle of it; I wanted 100% health, to completely detox off of the filth and disease of animal carcasses, and I did not know there was this whole "movement." Turns out though, after a few months of not raping and torturing animals to ingest their diseased flesh I started to learn what compassion was, and then the world changed.
Vegans are idiots whom think they know about nutrition. Try to push their views on everyone else and try converting everyone to that shitty lifestyle. I am an omnivore whom enjoys meat animal products and plants and will not convert to that vegan lifestyle no matter how many vegan videos I see or how much bullshit the vegans say. The animals are bred for us to consume thats why they are here,.

@762Fanatic Mine is a unique praxis shared by only a few senseless and hypersensitive people who know nothing about nutrition. The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), World health organization (WHO), The United Nations (UN), The Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the American and Canadian Dietetic associations, The American Diabetes Association, and many other nutritional experts should stop spreading lies and saying, "A Vegan diet is a healthy one". And "meat is bad for you".
@vegangabriel I'm Jain for now 27 years. I did a pilgrimage to Southern India where I met and lived with many other Jainas. Jainism is indeed an ancient religion of India, but this is common knowledge of course. Anyway what is your point?.
@truth2748 I also follow Jainism. My point is that Hinduism generally refers to certain beliefs/religion that involve some points contradictory to Jainism, and it's often said that Jainism sprung from those or is an offshoot. Jainism has a unique and totally separate beginning, and I think its independence is diminished by calling it a Hindu religion. I see now that you seem to have been using "Hindu" more geographically (ie Hindustani).
I am holier than thou. If everybody picks on a person BUT you do not pick on him, wouldn't you think that you where better than the people who did pick on the guy?
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
It’s true that like anything else, over indulgence can throw our diet out off balance if we go overboard. But the common sense approach to good health and vitality, is to eat meat along with some fresh fruits and vegetables. And, there’s nothing wrong with a piece of bread now and then, but eat it in moderation, most breads are highly refined and contain a lot of nonessential carbohydrates.Studies show that red meat diets are not only okay, they are especially important for women.
@AyashaYumi well acually if you look at the comments no one is helping you make your point and wow i made a lttle spelling error big fuckin deal and yes you mostly do think you are holier than thou its true even vegans that i made friends with acted snobbie to me cause i am in the meat industry
@LooneyM3 "best way to descirbe Vegan is - Retarded.. pale weak people,". You got it!. Such a perceptive observation. You are truly enlighten. Poetic, yet simple. A stimulating comment that will arise curiosity and prompt intellectual discourse, which is to be remembered in this channel for years to come. Many will succumb to laughter, your words will become the staple of Vegan mockery.
Please continue to offer us your unique and pragmatic thoughts on Vegans.
@goodtimes616 Yet I have 9 thumbs up in this channel along, and other channels over 30 thumbs up in my comments, and I single-handedly helped convert over 19 people to Veganism in the last 3 months.
@truth2748 meat has nutirents your body needs, The fact is, meat is the most naturally occurring, well balanced and easily obtained and digested package of proteins, essential acids and source of iron and Vitamin B 12 that you can find. Somehow you must find and consume all of the things that meat provides so that your body can stay healthy. A meat based high protein diet is good for you. Even vegetarians are realizing they need meat in their diet.
@LooneyM3 I really can't take the time to teach you human physiology and 8th grade biology. Read something new, and perhaps I will engage you later... much later.
@LooneyM3 again please provide some proof for this. Humans are last time I checked omnivores and thus more than capable to get everything they need from plants
I've been a vegan for quite some time and I weigh 156lbs, and I am only 5'4 at most. I am not pale and I am not weak.
I don't need meat to be healthy because all I need from meat is in plants, so just like a meat-eater would need to regulate their diet to be healthy, so must I.
If I don't need an animal to die for something I can still get, then I will continue to live as a vegan and hope you will not continue to be so ignorant.
seeing how half of the people in this video seem to speak english as their second language, i feel the results are slightly skewed. The rest of you - you have no excuse.
did you know that if every human being was an omnivore, we'd needed two more planets like the earth just to grow the cereals to feed the animals we eat....omnis should be happy and grateful
I believe through experience that the best diet is fish, seafood, skim milk and tons of vegetables, fruit and nuts. Abstaining from any forms animal products has no merit or substance. but hey...we all have our convictions.
@goodtimes616 I believe space aliens have wings, I've never seen one, nor can I base this on any evidence. However, I will make an assertion as if I know what I'm talking about, after all, it's just youtube, and who really knows what they are talking about here. Then I will just end with this clever sentence, "but hey...we all have our convictions", because no one really reads anymore, but everyone has something to say...factual or just something they made up as they were writing.
@truth2748 I voiced an comment based on the outcome of my experience. I could have done worse you know...like come up with a completely far fetched idea, manipulate scientific facts to my advantage and then make a way of life out of it while calling ''others'' murderers...wait a minute...
If this was a simple diet thing i would not give a damn. But vids i've seen indicate that Veganism seems like it's fueled by some sort sect like behavior. Hence the phrase: we all have our convictions...
@goodtimes616 I will contact the American Dietetic Association, the World Health Organization, the American Cancer Society, the American Diabetes Association, and the countless dietitians and medical experts, and tell 'em to stop manipulating the facts, and tell the truth about how unhealthy the Vegan diet really is.
@goodtimes616 Further, I will tell Vegans to stop being compassionate about anyone other that their own kind. I will remind them that it doesn't help climate change, and that the 400 page report by the UN is bogus. And finally, I will tell Vegans to stop making meat eaters feel guilty so that they can eat all they want and have a clear conscious and a happy gluttonous life.
@truth2748 The problem with society is that we are a consuming machine on a frenzy and our population is increasing. Climate change is already irreversible, meat consumption has nothing to do with it compared the rest. In fact, the most environmentally sane societies today are the hunter gatherer tribes from south America. If you ever start accepting reality, you will see that veganism is not really for the good of our world but more to do with yourself as is the case with any radical groups.
@goodtimes616 I believe that explaining facts to you about the real causes of climate change, which are common knowledge to most educated people, will be futile. Our little radical group of Vegans is now about 7% of the US population and growing everyday.
@truthI'm about as educated as you can get but i feel sorry for those who need to boast about their education,it's a sign of insecurity. It expresses a need to belong to something, not unlike the need to be a part of a group called vegans.I have nothing against you as there are far worst ideologies out there than veganism.I just find it a little silly because my own experience has shown me that there are far more shocking things out there to worry about, real eye openers.lets let this lie huh?
@goodtimes616 Veganism is not an ideology, but a conscious awareness. Unlike you, Vegans are enlighten people that are fully connected with the environment they live in. We perceive the complexity of non-human animals as the sentient and intelligent beings they are. We try to relieve the plight of animals living under the terrible conditions humans have designed for them. You should educate yourself about the subject you try to debate, to avoid embarrassing yourself further.
Of course they do However your body digests them before they become harmful were as meat starts to rot as soon as the blood stops flowing, ,so it must be preserved so its not festering in the supermarket so when it gets into your body it takes twice as long to digest so has more time to rot and become hazardous to the body.
@Emily1ime That is so true, and what most don't know, is that on the shelf, meat looks red and fresh because they add dies and preservatives, when in reality, its already rotting. WAH!.
@Emily1ime i work at a butchery, and i assure you nothing is put into the display counter rotting... we may only sell meat products until 24 hours from slaughter. And we advise our customers to prepare and eat the product within two days of the purchase, and in the meantime keep it well refrigerated. Meat will only have preservatives in them if you are stupid enough to buy it vacuum packed in a local supermarket
Notice that most of these people are fat? Who would have guessed that obease people don't know what veganism is. People have no idea what happens to their food or even what most of it is before they consume. A vast number of people say 'some vegetarians eat fish' which is pretty retarded and back it up with 'i know some that do' - er no you don't.
Then again 9/10 people know next to nothing about most subjects let alone diets. Pop along and eat your pies fatties.
"There are several roads to veganism and many individual views of it, but veganism is one thing and one thing only—a way of living which avoids exploitation whether it be of our fellow men, the animal population, or the soil upon which we all rely for our very existence." ~ Eva Batt (1964)
Veganism is the praxis of abolishing speciesism in our lives. After years of studying ancient Hindu non theistic religions such as the Jainist, Donald Watson coined the word Vegan. He explained that a Vegan is someone who avoids all animal exploitation. It is the western version of Jainism. Jains have been practicing this(living with the rule of Ahimsa) since the 6th century BC. So, the simple answer is.. a Vegan is someone who avoids all animal exploitation. Thats it!.
"Most animal's lack of that proves they are not sentient, thus there is nothing wrong with eating them" Help, is there any intelligent life on youtube.
Everyone here is a teacher, and has a theory, as absurd as it may be. They'll theorize as if they master the topic. For the most part, it's just copy and paste.
Read cainus44 comments, this is what I have to put up with. I'm convinced, people on youtube offer no opportunity for stimulating and intellectual debate... Sigh.
Predatory animals must kill to eat. Humans, in contrast, have a choice; they need not eat meat to survive. Humans differ from nonhuman animals in being capable of conceiving of, and acting in accordance with, a system of morals; therefore, we cannot seek moral guidance or precedent from nonhuman animals. Our philosophy asserts that it is just as wrong for a human to kill and eat a sentient nonhuman as it is to kill and eat a sentient human.
Your assertion is incorrect, in that you cannot encompass ALL human beings into one statement of principle.
An Eskimo or Inuit MUST eat meat to survive. Environmental factors will dictate availability of food, therefore, some humans MAY need to eat meat to survive. As a Vegan, I have no problem with Eskimos doing what they need to do.
Humans are capable of living solely off a vegan diet, but it's difficult to do and requires careful nutritional care. Our ancestors have always had to eat meat to survive, and if it weren't for modern trade and transportation technologies, you would have to as well.
Besides that, animals are not sentient. Cows, pigs, and poultry are not aware of themselves outside of instinct, and neither are most fish or other animals we eat on a regular basis. Sentience is not the same as living.
I mean, hell, a chicken can survive for months without a brain. PETA will try to tell you chickens are intelligent, too. Anything that doesn't need a brain to survive is nothing but food.
Then you have cows. Cows have a much larger brain, but are incredibly stupid. They serve no other purpose in life but to eat, fart, and reproduce. They were meant to be food.
Pigs are the same as cows, but have organs that function similarly to humans, making them good for testing medicine as well.
Your definition of sentience is a naive and incorrect one. Your idea of a system of morals and choice proves it too. Most animal's lack of that proves they are not sentient, thus there is nothing wrong with eating them.
Unfortunately people are still of the mind of ancient thinker Descartes. Descartes developed the idea that all nonhuman animals are automatons that cannot feel pain. Followers of
Descartes believed that if an animal cried out this was just a reflex, the sort of reaction one might get from a mechanical doll. Consequently, they saw no reason not to experiment on animals without anesthetics. Horrified observers were admonished to pay no attention to the screams
It's either experiment on animals or people, and since animals are animals, that's the better thing to do. Since Descartes was a philosophical, mathematical and theological genius, as well as one of the fathers of modern physics, you'll forgive me if I put more stock in what he says than I do in what a bunch of terrorists, who claim compassion while they bomb animal testing centers working to save human lives and setting back progress, say
No matter how much you wish it, non-simians and herbivores are not capable of thought beyond instinct. There are no horrified observers involved, and the screams of animals are nothing more than instinct. I'd rather hear them scream than another human being anyway.
We are indeed superior, and animals are indeed inferior. We're predators, and they're prey. We're just smart enough to factory farm our prey and use their bodies to better ourselves.
Our philosophy. Humans are at the top of the food chain because they CHOOSE to eat animals. There is thus a suggestion of tautology in the questioner's position. If we chose not to eat animals, we would not be at the top of the food chain.
The idea that superiority in a trait confers rights over the inferior.
Based on your writing skills, we must question your own cognitive abilities. You are also repeating facts as understood in the 1980's. You need to catch up with the rest of the world, and current paleontological studies. By the way, the earth is round.
Yes, but that would shorten their lifespans just as much, leave them unsatisfied after every meal, and in the end make them unhealthy and weak rather than fat and happy.
A vegan diet leaves a person anything but weak. As for not being satisfied, they never know what makes them unhappy until they try it. In this case, they don't even know what being a vegan is, but I bet that when they were told, they automatically assumed we live off of carrots and prune juice. Not so. I've fooled many people with vegan foodstuffs plenty of times and they never missed anything about the dead animal flesh and carcass they are so used to eating.
I call bullshit, because anyone with taste buds knows the difference between meat and veggy burgers. Being a vegan does indeed leave you quite unhealthy due to a protein deficit, along with a deficit in several other nutrients associated with meat. Human beings do not need to live off of meat, but we are meant to have both meat and vegetables in our diet to live at our healthiest.
And it's called meat. Get that through your skull. I can't stand people who use other terms to sound superior.
Because you do have deficiencies whether you know it or not. As an athlete, I cannot and will not go on a vegan diet because it is unhealthy, prevents the build-up of muscles, and will result a dramatic loss of muscle weight.
There's nothing healthy about a vegan diet, and nothing cruel about it. Animals exist to eat or be eaten.
What deficiencies should I be having? A lack of stupid probably.
I regularly visit a doctor to do a blood test, that doc doesn't even know of my veganism. Considering nutrients, my blood isn't different from any omnivore's one.
Putting suffering on ones that have an ability to suffer is cruel in my view. Eating meat or any other animal product is not a thing we need, so we're creating unnecessary suffering, that's cruelty.
How do we make them suffer, exactly? They're given a quick and painless death. Much more painless than a predator would give them. It's not anymore cruel than what a wolf does to deer, or what a cat does to mice.
And it is not unnecessary. The world cannot be sustained on vegetable farming alone, unless you wanna kill even more animals to create land usable for it.
Meat farming takes up much less space and resources, and is completely renewable, unlike vegetable farming, which wears on soil.
Einstein said a lot of things recently proven false too, and most of the Einstein quotes PETA loves to use are fake.
I take it you've never been to a ranch if you think the animals are kept in bad conditions. Cows get a pretty large range, as do pigs. Chickens are too stupid to know any better.
It's more efficient to simply let cattle graze and grow hay for them rather than use farmland for ourselves. Not to mention that grass can be grown easily in almost anything at any time, and food cannot.

When will they leave us with their terrorism so people can finally live in peace?'

That's easy. Vegan is an old Indian word that means - bad hunter.
They don't even pronounce the word correctly. There's a star called Vega. There was an old Chevrolet called a Vega.
It should be vay-gu. There is only one e in vegan, and it's a short e, not a long e.
A 2 year study at Oxford University with folks from 61 to 87 showed that the brains of non-meat eaters shrank 1.05 % each year.
The smallest brain in the meat eating group was larger than the largest brain in in the veg group.

Jainism is not a Hindu religion. It stands on its own, despite the amount of misinformation about it out there.
vegangabriel 1 year ago
@vegangabriel I'm Jain for now 27 years. I did a pilgrimage to Southern India where I met and lived with many other Jainas. Jainism is indeed an ancient religion of India, but this is common knowledge of course. Anyway what is your point?.
truth2748 1 year ago
@truth2748 I also follow Jainism. My point is that Hinduism generally refers to certain beliefs/religion that involve some points contradictory to Jainism, and it's often said that Jainism sprung from those or is an offshoot. Jainism has a unique and totally separate beginning, and I think its independence is diminished by calling it a Hindu religion. I see now that you seem to have been using "Hindu" more geographically (ie Hindustani).
vegangabriel 1 year ago
@vegangabriel Yes, I meant Indian not Hindu, as in originating from that region. Namaste.

@LooneyM3

@goodtimes616 I believe space aliens have wings, I've never seen one, nor can I base this on any evidence. However, I will make an assertion as if I know what I'm talking about, after all, it's just youtube, and who really knows what they are talking about here. Then I will just end with this clever sentence, "but hey...we all have our convictions", because no one really reads anymore, but everyone has something to say...factual or just something they made up as they were writing.
truth2748 1 year ago
@truth2748 I voiced an comment based on the outcome of my experience. I could have done worse you know...like come up with a completely far fetched idea, manipulate scientific facts to my advantage and then make a way of life out of it while calling ''others'' murderers...wait a minute...
If this was a simple diet thing i would not give a damn. But vids i've seen indicate that Veganism seems like it's fueled by some sort sect like behavior. Hence the phrase: we all have our convictions...
goodtimes616 1 year ago
@goodtimes616 I will contact the American Dietetic Association, the World Health Organization, the American Cancer Society, the American Diabetes Association, and the countless dietitians and medical experts, and tell 'em to stop manipulating the facts, and tell the truth about how unhealthy the Vegan diet really is.
truth2748 1 year ago
@goodtimes616 Further, I will tell Vegans to stop being compassionate about anyone other that their own kind. I will remind them that it doesn't help climate change, and that the 400 page report by the UN is bogus. And finally, I will tell Vegans to stop making meat eaters feel guilty so that they can eat all they want and have a clear conscious and a happy gluttonous life.
truth2748 1 year ago
@truth2748 The problem with society is that we are a consuming machine on a frenzy and our population is increasing. Climate change is already irreversible, meat consumption has nothing to do with it compared the rest. In fact, the most environmentally sane societies today are the hunter gatherer tribes from south America. If you ever start accepting reality, you will see that veganism is not really for the good of our world but more to do with yourself as is the case with any radical groups.
goodtimes616 1 year ago
@goodtimes616 I believe that explaining facts to you about the real causes of climate change, which are common knowledge to most educated people, will be futile. Our little radical group of Vegans is now about 7% of the US population and growing everyday.
truth2748 1 year ago
@truthI'm about as educated as you can get but i feel sorry for those who need to boast about their education,it's a sign of insecurity. It expresses a need to belong to something, not unlike the need to be a part of a group called vegans.I have nothing against you as there are far worst ideologies out there than veganism.I just find it a little silly because my own experience has shown me that there are far more shocking things out there to worry about, real eye openers.lets let this lie huh?
goodtimes616 1 year ago
@goodtimes616 Veganism is not an ideology, but a conscious awareness. Unlike you, Vegans are enlighten people that are fully connected with the environment they live in. We perceive the complexity of non-human animals as the sentient and intelligent beings they are. We try to relieve the plight of animals living under the terrible conditions humans have designed for them. You should educate yourself about the subject you try to debate, to avoid embarrassing yourself further.

@denflamingant
Of course they do However your body digests them before they become harmful were as meat starts to rot as soon as the blood stops flowing, ,so it must be preserved so its not festering in the supermarket so when it gets into your body it takes twice as long to digest so has more time to rot and become hazardous to the body.
Emily1ime 1 year ago

People have no idea what happens to their food or even what most of it is before they consume.

Thats it!.

Our philosophy asserts that it is just as wrong for a human to kill and eat a sentient nonhuman as it is to kill and eat a sentient human.
truth2748 1 year ago
Your assertion is incorrect, in that you cannot encompass ALL human beings into one statement of principle.
An Eskimo or Inuit MUST eat meat to survive. Environmental factors will dictate availability of food, therefore, some humans MAY need to eat meat to survive. As a Vegan, I have no problem with Eskimos doing what they need to do.
junkbx3r 1 year ago
Humans are capable of living solely off a vegan diet, but it's difficult to do and requires careful nutritional care. Our ancestors have always had to eat meat to survive, and if it weren't for modern trade and transportation technologies, you would have to as well.
Besides that, animals are not sentient. Cows, pigs, and poultry are not aware of themselves outside of instinct, and neither are most fish or other animals we eat on a regular basis. Sentience is not the same as living.
Cainus44 1 year ago
I mean, hell, a chicken can survive for months without a brain. PETA will try to tell you chickens are intelligent, too. Anything that doesn't need a brain to survive is nothing but food.
Then you have cows. Cows have a much larger brain, but are incredibly stupid. They serve no other purpose in life but to eat, fart, and reproduce. They were meant to be food.
Pigs are the same as cows, but have organs that function similarly to humans, making them good for testing medicine as well.
Cainus44 1 year ago
Your definition of sentience is a naive and incorrect one. Your idea of a system of morals and choice proves it too. Most animal's lack of that proves they are not sentient, thus there is nothing wrong with eating them.
Cainus44 1 year ago
Unfortunately people are still of the mind of ancient thinker Descartes. Descartes developed the idea that all nonhuman animals are automatons that cannot feel pain. Followers of
Descartes believed that if an animal cried out this was just a reflex, the sort of reaction one might get from a mechanical doll. Consequently, they saw no reason not to experiment on animals without anesthetics. Horrified observers were admonished to pay no attention to the screams
of the animal subjects...
truth2748 1 year ago
It's either experiment on animals or people, and since animals are animals, that's the better thing to do. Since Descartes was a philosophical, mathematical and theological genius, as well as one of the fathers of modern physics, you'll forgive me if I put more stock in what he says than I do in what a bunch of terrorists, who claim compassion while they bomb animal testing centers working to save human lives and setting back progress, say
Cainus44 1 year ago
No matter how much you wish it, non-simians and herbivores are not capable of thought beyond instinct. There are no horrified observers involved, and the screams of animals are nothing more than instinct. I'd rather hear them scream than another human being anyway.
We are indeed superior, and animals are indeed inferior. We're predators, and they're prey. We're just smart enough to factory farm our prey and use their bodies to better ourselves.
Cainus44 1 year ago
Our philosophy. Humans are at the top of the food chain because they CHOOSE to eat animals. There is thus a suggestion of tautology in the questioner's position. If we chose not to eat animals, we would not be at the top of the food chain.
The idea that superiority in a trait confers rights over the inferior.
truth2748 1 year ago
Based on your writing skills, we must question your own cognitive abilities. You are also repeating facts as understood in the 1980's. You need to catch up with the rest of the world, and current paleontological studies. By the way, the earth is round.
truth2748 1 year ago
Most all of them are overweight. Maybe they should adopt a vegan lifestyle.
hyladams 1 year ago
Yes, but that would shorten their lifespans just as much, leave them unsatisfied after every meal, and in the end make them unhealthy and weak rather than fat and happy.
Cainus44 1 year ago
A vegan diet leaves a person anything but weak. As for not being satisfied, they never know what makes them unhappy until they try it. In this case, they don't even know what being a vegan is, but I bet that when they were told, they automatically assumed we live off of carrots and prune juice. Not so. I've fooled many people with vegan foodstuffs plenty of times and they never missed anything about the dead animal flesh and carcass they are so used to eating.
hyladams 1 year ago
I call bullshit, because anyone with taste buds knows the difference between meat and veggy burgers. Being a vegan does indeed leave you quite unhealthy due to a protein deficit, along with a deficit in several other nutrients associated with meat. Human beings do not need to live off of meat, but we are meant to have both meat and vegetables in our diet to live at our healthiest.
And it's called meat. Get that through your skull. I can't stand people who use other terms to sound superior.
Cainus44 1 year ago
You meant deficiency not deficit. Don't embarrass yourself kid.
truth2748 1 year ago
I'm a vegan and I've never had any deficiency, though I don't eat any pills.
I'm also not unhappy with my meals, living vegan has rather given me more happiness with my food.
Humans can get any nutrient they need in a vegan diet. So why longer fool yourself if you can live healthy and cruelty-free?
sessehomaru99 1 year ago
Because you do have deficiencies whether you know it or not. As an athlete, I cannot and will not go on a vegan diet because it is unhealthy, prevents the build-up of muscles, and will result a dramatic loss of muscle weight.
There's nothing healthy about a vegan diet, and nothing cruel about it. Animals exist to eat or be eaten.
Cainus44 1 year ago
What deficiencies should I be having? A lack of stupid probably.
I regularly visit a doctor to do a blood test, that doc doesn't even know of my veganism. Considering nutrients, my blood isn't different from any omnivore's one.
Putting suffering on ones that have an ability to suffer is cruel in my view. Eating meat or any other animal product is not a thing we need, so we're creating unnecessary suffering, that's cruelty.
sessehomaru99 1 year ago
How do we make them suffer, exactly? They're given a quick and painless death. Much more painless than a predator would give them. It's not anymore cruel than what a wolf does to deer, or what a cat does to mice.
And it is not unnecessary. The world cannot be sustained on vegetable farming alone, unless you wanna kill even more animals to create land usable for it.
Meat farming takes up much less space and resources, and is completely renewable, unlike vegetable farming, which wears on soil.
Cainus44 1 year ago
How about the time before death? Being forced to live under conditions absolutely unnatural for the animals always causes suffering.
Ever thought of the resources you need to feed the animals? An animal's meat doesn't grow from nothing.
Animal farming is a waste, since you get much less then you used. About 7kg of vegetables makes 1kg of meat.
Even Einstein once said that more people adopting a vegetarian lifestyle would be a great step to solve world hunger.
sessehomaru99 1 year ago
Einstein said a lot of things recently proven false too, and most of the Einstein quotes PETA loves to use are fake.
I take it you've never been to a ranch if you think the animals are kept in bad conditions. Cows get a pretty large range, as do pigs. Chickens are too stupid to know any better.
It's more efficient to simply let cattle graze and grow hay for them rather than use farmland for ourselves. Not to mention that grass can be grown easily in almost anything at any time, and food cannot.
Cainus44 1 year ago
