What allowance was made for tree movement due to wind and tree growth? Without incorporating a sliding/pivot connection point to the tree, it seems probable that the posts in the ground and their connections to the framing will soon be loosened. Mixing 2 static elements (posts) with 1 live element (tree) without a flexible interface, does not seem a good idea.
