oh dear, the pilot was an idiot! he did not pay attention to basic flight rules, he reacted like a person who had never flown an airplane in his life, this scares me so much as i used to trust pilots, but not anymore... i hope the familes sued the pilot and copilot, colgan air especially. grrrrr.
