Wgn's rerun of nb today is a favorite...Hot Prowler...especially good writing, and some of the best acting from DJ...no sex, no snuggling into him, but lots and lots of gorgeous close ups...i mean right up in that utterly perfect face.

I'll always like him...at any age, but my favorite is DJ in the first three seasons, and some of the fourth, of NB. I think he was the very best he's ever been then. All grown up. There's one episode where he's gliding across a dance floor in a tux, & he just takes your breath away! And so believable with his women...kelly, lisa, tamara, during those seasons. Good writing, and damn good looks. Doesn't hurt that the show was shot in one of the most beautiful cities in the world either.

Hi, Cher...it wasn't until I started watching NB reruns when it was on USA every night a couple years ago(with my son, he liked the car...!) that I began to appreciate how well the show was done...it was a given that DJ was a dollbaby, but watching it every night, I got hooked on the way DJ put that show together. And the clothes, and his hot body in the clothes, & his sexy looks with the women etc. LOL!. Sexy show.. Everyone says oh he was fat in that show...well, I'll take him fat any day!

Always thought James Gammon was good as Nash's Dad on the show too. Very believable. He's not old enough to be DJ's father, but they made him up older on the show, and they sure had great chemistry together. Wish you could get the WGN reruns in the morning, Cher. We do, and it's nice to get a little dose of DJ with coffee in the a.m.! They're just starting it over now with season I. About a week into season I, running it every weekday. They get through a season in about three weeks.

Hi Cher, maybe I'lll get the DVD one day, for now I'm glad to have it all on tape when I need a DJ fix. There was a great website up and running when NB was on...great message board, episode guides, guest star lists, etc. It was a great place to spend time reading and talking DJ. He was so damn hot on that show sometimes. Great lines, great women, well developed characters, beautiful photography. He learned a lot of really good production stuff on MV and used it all on NB.
Yeah - I like the characters too - they're all so different - that's what made the show work. Angel cracks me up - Nash never knows quite what to make of him - he doesn't believe but then again he's not sure if he should.
Yes, I like the NB Don. He's all grown up and more beautiful than ever..like Sonny in a tuxedo. lol. And very Steve McQueen in Bullitt. Actually, I think I read somewhere that he patterned the character of Nash after Frank Bullitt. Anyway, I have the entire NB series on tape. Taped it a few years ago when USA was running it. Wish it was DVD, but that's okay. Some of the episodes...like Jackpot I and II...are really well done. And all of season 3 is terrific.

She shows up at his place "I'm not going to sleep alone" he says "no, you're not" & then practically sucks ups her entire face. It's all talk , no love scenes, but it's very hot talk.

Ok, so I adore this video and I love his album "Heartbeat" but when you look at it a little carefully it is about a phone hotline where people meet up for sex...these two don't want anything but a one night stand ..the sex looks a little overdone/over the top (like the producer/director said let's give them LOTS of sex!) and then after i'ts done if u look at Don it seems like he's a little ashamed or feels dirty...there is something bad about that final scene lol

Actually the girls are two, ladies. The blond one is Laurie Singer, the one that starred in "Footloose" movie with Kevin Bacon. I can't see much of the other one though, the brunette.... God, I have been taken with this man for years!!! I never missed one ep of Miami Vice, it was THE top hit back then...and still today, many years and 3 kids later, I still see him and melt! Wgn's rerun of nb today is a favorite...Hot Prowler...especially good writing, and some of the best acting from DJ...no sex, no snuggling into him, but lots and lots of gorgeous close ups...i mean right up in that utterly perfect face.

That's a sweet scene, isn't it. I like the earlier kelly episode...early on in the series, first season, when her hair is blonder and shorter...she looks more sophisticated, and they're chemistry together is hot...rather than sweet and comfortable like tthe Patriots episode..

I'll always like him...at any age, but my favorite is DJ in the first three seasons, and some of the fourth, of NB. I think he was the very best he's ever been then. All grown up. There's one episode where he's gliding across a dance floor in a tux, & he just takes your breath away! And so believable with his women...kelly, lisa, tamara, during those seasons. Good writing, and damn good looks. Doesn't hurt that the show was shot in one of the most beautiful cities in the world either.

Hi, Cher...it wasn't until I started watching NB reruns when it was on USA every night a couple years ago(with my son, he liked the car...!) that I began to appreciate how well the show was done...it was a given that DJ was a dollbaby, but watching it every night, I got hooked on the way DJ put that show together. And the clothes, and his hot body in the clothes, & his sexy looks with the women etc. LOL!. Sexy show.. Everyone says oh he was fat in that show...well, I'll take him fat any day!

Always thought James Gammon was good as Nash's Dad on the show too. Very believable. He's not old enough to be DJ's father, but they made him up older on the show, and they sure had great chemistry together. Wish you could get the WGN reruns in the morning, Cher. We do, and it's nice to get a little dose of DJ with coffee in the a.m.! They're just starting it over now with season I. About a week into season I, running it every weekday. They get through a season in about three weeks.

Hi Cher, maybe I'lll get the DVD one day, for now I'm glad to have it all on tape when I need a DJ fix. There was a great website up and running when NB was on...great message board, episode guides, guest star lists, etc. It was a great place to spend time reading and talking DJ. He was so damn hot on that show sometimes. Great lines, great women, well developed characters, beautiful photography. He learned a lot of really good production stuff on MV and used it all on NB.

Yeah - I like the characters too - they're all so different - that's what made the show work. Angel cracks me up - Nash never knows quite what to make of him - he doesn't believe but then again he's not sure if he should.

Yes, I like the NB Don. He's all grown up and more beautiful than ever..like Sonny in a tuxedo. lol. And very Steve McQueen in Bullitt. Actually, I think I read somewhere that he patterned the character of Nash after Frank Bullitt. Anyway, I have the entire NB series on tape. Taped it a few years ago when USA was running it. Wish it was DVD, but that's okay. Some of the episodes...like Jackpot I and II...are really well done. And all of season 3 is terrific.

I looked it up Cher. Her name is Ivana Millicevic...beautiful girl. She was in the 5th season "Heist" and "Liars Poker". Really well written episodes. Fun, sexy. She's gorgeous and she literally gobbles him up. And Donna Scott is Tamara Van Zant. They are great together. She shows up at his place "I'm not going to sleep alone" he says "no, you're not" & then practically sucks ups her entire face. It's all talk , no love scenes, but it's very hot talk.

You know what I like about him in NB... his sexiness. His outrageous appeal. There aren't a lot of love scenes, but the talk and the looks are deeelish. And the sexual tension between Donna Scott and DJ is smokin' hot. Sizzling. Boiling. There's a sexy young woman in some of the later episodes too...two or three episodes, she was so good with DJ, he asked her to come back for a few more episodes. Quick hot use me i'll use you sex. Have you noticed that his voice is kind of different in NB than in MV? It doesn't have that gravely, raspy sound - he must have either cut back on smoking or maybe quit. Come to think of it I don't think I've ever seen him smoke on NB ! On MV he smoked constantly !! Just an observation.
