There are enough of them to elect bigots to congress and pass laws that affect people they don't like, i.e. minorities. So they are in the capitol as well.

one thing i suggest is the us should just lay off other countries business, we don't need your help nor do we want it. Because their government screwed up along the line, and now the cartels practically could control Mexico if they wanted to. Mexico has plenty of it's own addicts too, plus the other countries they probably ship drugs to as well. It's not the US's fault Mexico can't enforce the law accurately.
