well, it really is a simple mix, with a beat over it. But I have to say I like it, the original version needed more beat anyway. And even you overdoing the backbeat doesn't seem so bad since every time you do it it does not take from the song but adds to it. Next time try producing it a little more - less pre-made effects and more of your own stuff
