great cover, really :)... one quick question, i see you mentioned the strings you use... does the type of strings you use make a big, or rather noticeable, impact on the tone?

YESSSS, u got to try different gauges and find out what fits your ear the best.

In a very very basic and quick explanation, thin strings give less clear palm mutes and make soudn your guitar like with lack of distortion.

If u try less thinner strings you should find a more "compact" sound, but hey, you just got to find whatever fits your style, cuz its not like thins r wrong or something, u just have to try and hear yourself

@ShadowXXD Balance is an issue, I recomend u try it with a strap on the store before u buy it. I've heard ppl that loves the balance of this guitar (wich is almost the same on all EX and FX ESP-LTD models) and ppl who just hate it, I find it very uncomfortable at the beggining, but I guess I'm getting used to it, still bother me from time to time, its on you, just try it, other than that, is an EXELLENT-BAD-ASS-LOOKING guitar
