That is the card game related to the MMO star wars galaxies.. Hate to break it to you but, this game here has been discontinued for several years, since around 2001 i believe.

@romas1995 Decipher stopped producing cards since winter on 2001, but the swccg commitee stil supports the game with "virtual cards" and tournament. There are still people who play the game. check out there website; starwarsccg(dot)org
