And for you're info, the .50 BMG cartridge is extremely heavy and has massive recoil. Trying to hit a target with an M2 Ma Deuce accurately even with a 3-5 round burst is one hell of a challenge.

this shows the stupidity, the brute force and destructiveness of a terminator. as said before me, the '600 could have caved connors head in or even taken a piece of metal and just ganked connor over the back with it but it decided to throw him and have a little fun. thus connor only fired a measly 5 rounds into it and got away with a torn-up boot.

@SyntheGaming No the 700 is about 4 times as big as the 600. if you read some online you'll see that the '700 is made like a tank and can withstand a LOT more than this '600 can. the 700 would have been able to stand the M-60's sheer destructiveness and would have gotten away without parts of its hear but wouldve survived. this is a T-600, not a 700.

this scene is really cool in terminator salvation i much more prefer when they point the camera to john connor rather than marcus wright.the reason they focus on marcus are because they want to promote avatar so people would say wow sam worthington is great but for me if they push on john connor character and has a lot action of the resistence this movie could be a blockbuster but still this movie is good to watch and enjoyable

The reason why more of the focus is on Marcus is because he's a brand new character. We've already seen Connor for Terminator 2 and 3. Marcus was obviously meant to be the posterboy for this film, not because of Avatar, but because generally, when a new character is introduced, people are more interested in him than characters they've seen before.

It doesnt have to kill John to begin with. But if it gets the chance and then wastes it, and the more advanced model towards the end of the movie does the same, you kinda suspect the programming could use some honing. The reason why the end of the 1984 movie was so intense, was precisely cause you knew that if the crawling terminator manages to grab Sarah, she's done for. And of course it never did, just got very close.
