I would recommend you never buy a mechanical keyboard of any type. They are pricey and loud, but mostly because once you do, you will NEVER want to use a regular keyboard again. :)

I think there's no comparison between the hhkb light 2 as far as speed and keystroke. The hhkb lite2 has very sluggish keys.
