I'm not sure how anyone can call JD Fortune a misfit with this band. Here's a man who grew up with this band and totally loves the music. The rest of the band loves him, and so do the fans. He has a great voice and great stage presence. I can't think of a single person better suited to keep these songs alive.

The only Australian band to my knowledge that went on to become bigger when forced to replace their singer is AC/DC. I never thought that Bon Scott could ever be replaced but look what Brian Johnson has done with the band! I guess it's different since Bon sort of picked his replacement before he died. Hopefully JD will eventually find his own place in the band as well as being able to pay a suitable homage to Michael with the old songs that will still fan the fires in the hearts of the fans.
