I have had at four root canals probably closer to six and at least 20 cavities treated. I also have a white bump on my gums that goes away and reappears. Finally last time I was at the dentist the x-rays reveled about 5 more infected roots and 30 or more cavities, at least one cavity on every tooth. I have a family history of tongue cancer. Are you telling me that if I eat the right food I might not have to get another root canal or cavity? I was thinking I might need dentures before 30.

@MuscleBurst Infections in the roots of your teeth need to be treated. You can't just eat something to fix that. If you cut out drinking sugary sodas, brush and floss it will help. Go on amazon and get an ozone machine, run it in a cup of water and rinse with that. Ozone cleans teeth amazingly well. It gets rid of biofilm that no brush by itself can do.
