Buenos dias Carol, I so enjoyed this tag. It is always interesting to learn about different cultures and their traditions. Those dresses and hats are so pretty. I took one year of Spanish in high school, but just remember a little bit. I work with a man who is married to a Latina. She teaches Spanish at the middle school. I am trying to talk her into teaching a class at the community college. I can count to 50 and basic expressions; that's about it. Gracias for sharing! xoxo :) Carla

I was born in Cali but my father is Mexican I learned spanish before english. I totally have spanglish down as well :) I as well notice if I don't talk it for a while its hard to remember certain words so I try to speak it on a regular basis. Thanks for sharing awesome tag love the pics!

Panamenean Tamal sounds very much like a Salvadorian Tamal, that's where Im from.. our tamal its also very laborated and its rapped in Platain leaves.. its corn based.. plus the stuffing inside are also chicken or pork and the best part is that its super super delicious!! I watched "La Duena" on Univision and I've been caught up ever since haha lol My mom tells me I need to teach my son Spanish so she can talk to him, but so far, I'm failing horribly.
