SUCKERS!!Im getting my PS3 this friday for only 250 bucks and mine will be a 160GB..I wasnt that desperate back then and I was laughing my ass off at people spending 600 bucks for a 60 GB PS3 ...and if anyone tries to steal mine I will pop a cap in their ass
I didn't get my 1st PS3, until February of 2008. It was the 60GB version for $400. It got the YLOD in June of 2010. So much for a the life span of PS3. I was managed to get a PS3 Slim and didn't pay a dime for it. I went through some changes, but was able to get it. I am not investing any more money for a PS3. FTR, I am not buying a PS4, when it is released.
Never once had a problem with PSN and the people that do better get themselves a better router or something. I play online all the time and have never had a problem. Why pay for internet and then pay more to access Xbox live? Or buy a wireless adapter? Or buy the Kinect only to have to buy another adapter? Or keep refilling your controllers with batteries? How's HDDVD going for you? Change your screen name for $10? They milk you dry whenever they can and you Xbox people take it deep!

@KsorGamer I have had only 1 360, the one I bought in 2005. Never had any problems with it. (If you dont fuck around with the console, nothing will happen to it). The replayability value of 360 exclusives is WAY better than the PS3's (Halo 3 is still popular after 5 years). Also, the PS3 came out later than the 360, for a higher price, and still nothing to offer. Maybe the PS3 will be superior in the future, but for now, you nubs are still waiting for truly amazing exclusives.

what you call "countering you're points" is nothing but restating your points but not backing them up with substantial claims or evidence. But comparing a service that has had 7 years to mature to one that has had only 3 years is pretty damn stupid. It's like asking who can speak better: a 3 year old or a 7 year old. But honestly it doesn't matter to me. I have both and I get to enjoy the best of both worlds.
1.) The ps3 is not a supercomputer. The Cell Processor is pretty damn powerful and can be used to build supercomputers. A games look is influenced more by the GPU than the CPU.
2.) The price of a service has nothing to do with MLG or say much about a console's gamers.
3.) XBL and PSN have pros and cons to the point that they just level each other out. As for "sloppy seconds", that has more to do with the developers and whatnot.
4.) Your fourth point is the only one I agree with.... somewhat.

me and my friend camped out to get multiple ps3s and sell em on ebay, I think he sold two of em for over a grand each, aand he kept one. amen! I bought my xbox 360 2 years ago, and never had a problem with it. BUT last August...i got the fucking 3 red rings of death. I was thinking "oh well, i can return it...hasn't happened a lot to me." So I get the black elite in return. Guess what? This December, 3 months ago, MY elite got the 3 red rings of death. I fucking hate this shit of a machine. 2 times, and I had to pay 99$+ for repair. I should of went for a Ps3 because at least their failure rate is low compared to the 360

1.) The ps3 is not a supercomputer. The Cell Processor is pretty damn powerful and can be used to build supercomputers. A games look is influenced more by the GPU than the CPU.
2.) The price of a service has nothing to do with MLG or say much about a console's gamers.
3.) XBL and PSN have pros and cons to the point that they just level each other out. As for "sloppy seconds", that has more to do with the developers and whatnot.
4.) Your fourth point is the only one I agree with.... somewhat.

and ps3 doesnt have shittier graphics because it is supported with the blu ray that makes the gameplay comfortable but based on the developers,graphics doesnt matter but you cant ignore the fact that hd dvd is better than blu ray since blu ray has a massive storage on its disc and it makes the video on the tv a better view and besides ps3 DOESNT meet or met their full potential so many ps3 users expect that something will popped up and surprise the industry of whats their last call

me and my friend camped out to get multiple ps3s and sell em on ebay, I think he sold two of em for over a grand each, aand he kept one. Thankfully we camped out in front of a Target with only 10 ps3's and the people camping with us made sure no one came to try to take away any of our spots, We were first in line =_= it was tiring..... but funny how much commotion it caused

amen! I bought my xbox 360 2 years ago, and never had a problem with it. BUT last August...i got the fucking 3 red rings of death. I was thinking "oh well, i can return it...hasn't happened a lot to me." So I get the black elite in return. Guess what? This December, 3 months ago, MY elite got the 3 red rings of death. I fucking hate this shit of a machine. 2 times, and I had to pay 99$+ for repair. I should of went for a Ps3 because at least their failure rate is low compared to the 360
