Doesnt CG Trains still running on tracks

That's Georgia Central (GC).  THey are still operating but traffic is down a good bit.

we only get 2 trains a day its alway been like that we usually have around 30 cars a day but sometimes short

Sad. They used to be a pretty healthy shortline. Lost a lot of their Kaolin traffic and the papermills are down.

Hopefully in the long run those carloads will come back.

Just called a friend who works there. They're averaging 1000 cars a month in 2009.  That's about 100 cars a month less than the prior year.

I just put the GS bell there, and put one up on the other side also. I had to take down the old Teardrop bell, it was just plain wore out.

btw how many times aday is gc line used

seems like a good amount to get three trains while you work on the signals
