I believe so, just play the Arcade Mode for a bit, and stack up on some PP points, when you have enough points, buy Exdeath, and then use the remaining points to buy CPU-levels, though, I am not too certain, if they're available from the start. But that's something that ya gonna have to find out! :)

well, i can't read jap... it was meteors falling from the sky consecutively and i guessed. i really can't see how tina is worse than any other character though

You need Exdeath to be at level 100 with level 9 difficulty selected.
