It IS easy to quit. I smoked on and off since I was about fifteen, and then every day for about a year after I turned eighteen. The hard part for me is that whenever I'm around people who are smoking, I still want one (I'm almost 21 now). In those situations, just remember the decision you've made.

Initially after you quit, you'll start to cough a lot. Just wait it out.
