If you downloaded the AVS software like I did, it won't work. Look under the top AVS advertisement on the right side. You will find it. It says, "Ultra Mobile 3gp Video converter". Download that one, and once you install it and run it for the first time, it will bring ask you if you want to register it. PM if you need further help.
