But just having 1/8th of coke on you isn't a 1 year+ sentence,which is what prisons are used for. More like county jails for 30 days-6mo. But combining the drug charge with threatening the Presidents daughter and WW staffers....he could do time easily.

First off, they're protecting the First Daughter. And the reason they came in was because Josh pressed the First Daughters's "Panic Button". They'd have to assume she's in trouble. Hence, coming in with guns drawn would be an appropriate response.

And stating "Federal Agents" would be more likely to be used. If they came in saying "Secret Service", people are likely to put 2 and 2 together and realize there's a high profile person inside. And they are Federal Agents.
