I stayed there for 4 months. I loved it there! You're right, the government, with giant godlike political posters really gave a feeling of corruption!

IT is one of the most famous temples in the world.
It is considered the first and the foremost of all te Vishnu temples in the world, now it is famous, but it does not get the kind of patronizing it deserves, because of the negligient and atheist Tamil Nadu Government !!!

Agree with brother Binoy. India was the only land which had seen golden ages after golden ages. All due to the dharmic kings. You would hardly find a dictatorial king in Indian history. My dream was atleast Tirupathi with all its riches would support rest of the temples in India. Right now the AP. Govt. appointed chairman is a liquor barron. Yes thats true!!!
