this is totaly different from the situation happened here in the phil...the bus has a fiber glass, and aside from it, even though they have satchel charges to blow it up, and they will run inside the bus immediately, it was night time and very dark, bad thing phil police dont have any night visions..so its hard to say man

Some PNP officers are trained by the FBI on hostage negotiations. PNP-SWAT have adequate training. Kaso, hindi sila matapang. Ang sinabak sa bus, mga bagito sa SWAT at mga duwag. Takot mamatay dahil masarap mabuhay sa piling ng kanilang mga kabit at enjoy naman sila sa tong collections sa mga business establishments na makokotongan nila.
