Slugiebear, you miss the point. Like any muscle, overload above and beyond that of normal exercise can further improve an athletes physical capability. The breathing muscles are no different to any other muscle and at high tidal volumes can use upto 15% of all the Oxygen available for metabolism. You don't sit on the couch and get any benefit, this device is used whilst exercising.

Jogging and general exercise does this for free. This product only serves to do this artificially, at a cost, throught muscle strain, and I think products like these only promote laziness.

If people have difficulties breathing, giving them a product like this only increases their difficulty. Exercising, without products like this, is the best practice.

I liked the product, and as an athlete, would love to try it. Bannatyne tried to demonstrate his knowledge of the technical side of fitness, but only succeeded in showing us how little he really knows on the subject. Duncans a great entrepreneur but in this one, clearly out of his depth. He looked clueless and petty. Like the title of his book says, and his common demeanor shows us, when it comes to business success, "anyone can do it".

THAT can be trained with aerobic exercise only, not a corset!!!

This will ensure a similar performance to modern synthetic sports garments. The garment is to be used during training to improve your breathing efficiency.
