@ElDuderino909 it has to be something with your diet but also depends on what rotation are you talking about. Focus on eating vegetables ( i like tomatoes, BROCCOLI mmm and paprika ) every meal besides your first meal in the morning and before/after training.
@luke11992 Yes, what I meant is that it wasn't directly implicating the neck muscles i.e. Sternocleidomastoid, Scalene, Levator, Splenius muscles etc. And it was more specific exercise rather more focused on the Trapezius muscles.
@esiosan you are quite dimwitted aren't you? the trapezius is right behind your neck and isn't part of the shoulder. And there is no such thing as a shoulder muscle or technically a shoulder really. A more muscular trapezius gives the image of having a thicker neck because the base of the neck will be thicker.
