  • @TheAstray123 nah, you can grab the bar a bit wider if it's better for you but anyway you should always warm them up before the exercise, you should warm everything before :)

  • @ElDuderino909 it has to be something with your diet but also depends on what rotation are you talking about. Focus on eating vegetables ( i like tomatoes, BROCCOLI mmm and paprika ) every meal besides your first meal in the morning and before/after training.

  • @esiosan Your traps originate at the base of your skull and one of their functions is to extend the neck, so thats not completely true

  • @esiosan Your Trapezius muscles are the bulk of your neck and run down the center of your back. Your shoulder muscles are called deltoids.

  • @luke11992 Yes, what I meant is that it wasn't directly implicating the neck muscles i.e. Sternocleidomastoid, Scalene, Levator, Splenius muscles etc. And it was more specific exercise rather more focused on the Trapezius muscles.

  • @esiosan you are quite dimwitted aren't you? the trapezius is right behind your neck and isn't part of the shoulder. And there is no such thing as a shoulder muscle or technically a shoulder really. A more muscular trapezius gives the image of having a thicker neck because the base of the neck will be thicker.
