  • We Love You Freddie and You Will Always Be In Our Hearts!

  • Yes, Freddie knew he was dying, but he wanted to tell his friends and fans he still loved them, and....the show must go on.

  • Too sad

  • My God this is a beautiful song. The guitar solo by Brian May is mesmerizing. And Queen all the way. Beautiful.

  • una de las mas bellas canciones del mundo

  • i tryed pausing it half way through and my ears started to bleed

  • The Cat Vest <3

  • and we still love you Freddie.....

  • His body may have been broken, but it couldn't touch his spirit. This video doesn't make me sad. It's the picture of courage.

  • This always makes me want to cry. His meaning of this song is soo strong

  • Classic song by a classic singer. Even though he himself did not write this song it was a wonderful way of saying goodbye to the world

  • I listened to this song as the new year came in and it brought me to tears.

  • Found this recently after watching about Freddie and Queen on Biography. I knew they were amazing but this has sparked a new interest for me.

  • Moral of the story sissy queens...WRAP UP THAT DICK before you put it in your ass...you never know what will happen RIP you great great man

  • this was Freddie"s farewell to the world like Johnny Cash said goodbye in the song Hurt awsome R.I.P

  • I just turned 13 today. I grew up listening to Queen. I love Freddie Mercury. I didn't know he died. My mom told me 4 or 5 years ago and I was balling my eyes out. RIP Freddie. <3

  • the meaning of the song may have been different before the video, but all that changed when they filmed it

  • RIP Freddie <3 We still love you and miss you!

  • 1:58 He lip syncs "those" when the words are "these"

  • @johnnnyboyz100 he wasnt lip syncing when they filmed it. he was really singing and brian may said that he could not believe how thin his voice was. but they replaced the real audio with the album

  • @queenandthebeatles1 Very wrong, learn how music videos are made. And Brian was talking about Freddie in general.

  • @johnnnyboyz100 lol...more like "thoeeeeese" are the days of our lives...I love finding slipups like that in movies/TV shows

  • @johnnnyboyz100 Not even! You trippin :)

  • Freddie is still my favorite singer. Period. There will never be another one like him and I still miss him after all these years.

    RIP Freddie.

  • I remember hearing somewhere that Roger Taylor wrote this song about his kids (even though during the later years of Queen they starting giving song credits to the band as a whole, but most of it was Roger). I'd like to think this is Freddie Mercury saying goodbye, but I feel guilty stating that without it being a sure-fire fact.

Sorry if this information is inaccurate.

You're still a legend, Freddie. You'll live forever in your music.

  • @KurtisGold1991 You probably saw it in the video (in the related vids) called Freddie Mercurys last moments IN COLOR!!

  • @KurtisGold1991 Roger wrote this song years before. He said that he was feeling melancholy. He did not know that Freddie was sick at the time. I think Roger had a feeling that something wasn't right. Roger writes "gig" in the song. I think he was reflecting back on the early years of Queen and wishing he could go back. It's beautiful yet so sad.

  • Thank god for this music and other brilliance of the past. Im glad I can come here and listen to real music from really talented musicians and singers so I dont have to listen to the crap that passes for "music" these days.

  • Twenty years ago today. RIP.

  • We miss you Freddy. You defined rock and roll. We'll always love you

  • I Love my Beautiful talented Boy!!!! Such an incredible piece of work.

Anyone that can't appreciate it..well Grow UP Everyone gets to this point. HE expresses it Wonderfully!

  • Yes this was Freddies way of saying his Goodbye's it was so hard for him But his Amazing Voice AS ALWAYS ((((((PERFECT)))))))

  • RIP........ RIP

  • what an amazing voice ;-) I'll always remember you

  • one of the best Queen's single

  • I know this is going to get a lot of hate, but I can't help but be reminded of Julie Andrews.

  • @hannahatlarge He was a beautiful man whats to hate ?

  • their will never be another voice like freddies RIP

  • Just because some one dies of AIDS doesnt mean that they were dirty, nasty and unclean. I belive Freddie was a sweet and INCREADIBLY sexy being. But even if im wrong he didnt let that kinda stuff show on camera, which i have to give him credit for. Even in his last months of living he performed. Some of you have to take off of work just because you have a little tummy ache. Freddie Mercury was a TRUE fighter. Someone I really look up to..

    R.I.P Freddie Mercury

    You will ALWAYS be missed..

  • A little under a month it will be twenty years the world lost a music phenomenon that none of us will ever see again this side of heaven. Please every one light a candle on November 24 of this year and remember Freddie Mercury.

  • With out Freddie Queen is not Queen not really. I wish when I die I get to meet Jesus, Pope John Paul the 2nd and Freddie Mercury and many other good souls that I know are in heaven. Then hear Freddie and the other members of Queen singing their music that will be heaven for me.

To any gay person your soul will be in heaven god made you god will open his arms to you just the way you are

  • that whisper of i still love you at the end of the clip was freddie's final goodbye to everyone <3

  • I know Queen did show with a Roger Something And their looking for a new singer and there were talks about that Ga Ga. The only Ga Ga I want to hear is Radio Ga Ga with Freddie singing it on my Record’s & CD’s or on the radio Queen’s music is played more on the radio then any other artist not a current

  • @Nexxes1582

but they dont call themselves queen they were queen + roger something. The lady gaga thing is a rumor. Also if they do get a new touring singer it will be queen+ whoever it is. The band promised no on wud ever replace freddie thats why that no new singer is the singer of queen he the singer of queen + me.

  • @diabloman53 I can’t call them Queen plus some one else. Queen died when Freddie Mercury did.

John Deacon know this when he departed the rest of them. I had grownup in the 70’s and Queen, Pink Floyd, and Led Zeppelin was all I listen to.

  • Hunterchick5705 I agree with you almost 100% but I find this song and video bitter sweet. On one hand it is good to see Freddie one last time but on the other it is sad knowing this video was the last time most of us got to see him. This and the song The Show Must Go On is two song I can’t hear with out tears running down my face. I wish Freddie was still alive because with out him Queen’s shows can never go on.

  • This video had to be hard as hell to make for him. He is sick, he's dying, and he knows it. His heart is breaking, His makeup flaking, but his smile still stays on. RIP Faroukh

  • @bleedforme1981 lol....refference from the show must go on...nice....but yea....he was stong...clear out till the end...RIP Faroukh 'Freddie Mercury' Busalra.....we still love you

  • @bleedforme1981 Must of been hard for the band too.

  • crap fred i spent years on u and u did that die shit.heroes dont do that.dont be gone please

  • Again thank you Freddie for this song and this video, i' ve never see nothing like this and i am not expecting to see such selflessness again, most stars cancel important engagement over a pimple, for you to stand there in the harsh lights of the cameras in this state and make this video, darling you are my hero. Since seeing this video i grew up a lot i didn't know how much i needed to do so. 20 years ago this past May you did this generous act, today it has saved my life. I am amazed by you.

  • This makes me sad and its crazy his last song was THE DAYS OF OUR LIVES its as if he knew his time was up.

  • HEARTBREAKING TO SEE A MAN FULL OF LIFE AND HAD MORE TO GIVE GO DOWN LIKE THIS. FREDDIE THE MUSIC INDUSTRY NEEDS YOU I HOPE GOD WILL BLESS US WITH SOMEONE WITH AT LEAST HALF YOUR TALENT. UR A LEGEND SO TERRIBLY MISSED RIP MY FRIEND

  • what a gift i recently found a long lost love. it is a gift to look back and saw the days were great, the times were good, we moved on found other loves and guess what i can still say i love. you. freddy rip and thanks fo rall the gifts you gave the world.

  • When I struggle with something or want to give up, I remember that Freddie recorded an entire album while he was in pain from AIDS and it gives me strength <3

  • This song is beautiful and hopefully "Live Forerver". Freddy Mercury has been one of the greatest singers ever lived! Very sad that his life ended so early... This video is the best recording quality of this song on Youtube, so thank you for uploading it, and making it viewable for everybody. Thank you!!!

  • God, lets make a deal.... please take justin bieber if we can have freddie back

  • i love Queen's music

  • What a voice!!!!

  • I believe this was Freddie's way of saying goodbye to the world. A better love letter you could not write. RIP Freddie.

  • @rodenture It is, the rest of the band said it was. ;)

  • @rodenture shit..so sad

  • @rodenture roger wrote it

  • Happy birthday Freddie. We all miss you and wish you were here today to create that beautiful music that you've blessed us with.

  • we love and miss you Freddie

    happy 65th Birthday

  • Happy birthday, Freddie darling...you are so missed. Your talent LIVES on!

  • Happy Birthday- hope you are are doing what you love in heaven. Entertaining.

  • just look into his eyes at 3:52 !

    and you know.

  • i still love u too...

  • A lot of people really never knew the real Freddie. If you watch friends and family talk about him and his past you will find out that he was a sweet and down to earth and humble and very loving guy! I get so sick of all the negative comments just because he was gay! It doesn't matter at all!! All that matters is that he touched the lives of many people in a very positive way and cared for people! To my favorite singer of all time! Happy Birthday RIP

  • Happy Birthday,Freddie. We still love you (till I die).

  • Whoever can dislike this video is just a wanker. It's not a matter of opinion anymore, it's just disrespectful. Happy birthday Freddie, you are loved. <3

  • Happy birthday Freddie, we miss and love you :')

  • This is appropriately the LAST music video with Freddie. He struggled in much of the video but he journeyed on.

RIP to him and Kiss member Eric Carr, who also left the Earth on the same day.

  • i still love you freddy!

  • This song is pure beauty.. It's hard to watch.. Because if this was in colour you'd cry as soon as you saw Freddie's skin.. He was dieing.. In this song.. He's says goodbye.. I can't help but shedding a tear while listening to this...

  • wow. dis vid wuz shot months, maybe weeks, rite b4 freddy died. its hard 2 watch. we miss u freddy! come back!

  • I've recently lost a friend who was a huge queen Fan.I hope he is attending one of Freddie's gigs.

  • @Meatcutter64 i am so sorry for your loss my friend

  • We will always love you too! This is the best, most poignant video, ever!

  • it brings tears to my eyes looking at fredies condition, his weight, while he was fighting with his aids....r.i.p. freddy murcury,we love you, miss you, and wish you were here to see what music has been degraded to...

  • His last moments on camera. He was in such great pain and fatigue. Yet, he still ends it with "I still love you." You were a class act Freddie.

  • awesome song

  • Like all the Greats of all time Freddie too is just a distant shadow that those from his era will never forget... this and show must go on always makes me cry...

  • Freddie may be gone, but he's touched the world with his music... And that has made all the difference...

  • I remember when i first heard this song...i rent to play a different song but i accidentally clicked on the video titled: "Last Days Of Freddie Mercury (1991)" BIG MISTAKE

  • This video makes me so damn sad. I can't wait to meet you one day Freedie

  • @Soorkh *Freddie

  • How can anyone dislike this video? its just sad.

  • 2:27 - 3:10 Red Special is crying. 20 years Freddie and i miss you dearly. You will always be my hero.

  • @Joshawockee2012 OMG your right...if sounds like to me Red Special is saying "Why...why did you had to die Freddie? We were gonna have a bright future but thanks to AIDS...your dead...we will never forget you Farrokh "Freddie Mercury" Bulsara"

  • God, i love you Freddie. I pray that i will meet you in heaven one day.

  • THIS song brake my heart i can't stop crying, what a beautiful, generous and talented man. The lirics are so moving freddie your songs your voice are of the future you were ahead of your time, you touched me so deeply it takes a while to cach my breath, you give me courage to face life's adversities. Oh God i wish with all that i am that you could still be with us, the world was so much better with you in it. I want you to know that this song and video has changed my life for the better thanks

  • this is a great song..I have been a Queen fan since 1975..I saw them in concert in both '77 and '78..Freddie Mercury had the most purely perfect voice I have ever heard..he was the best front man EVER..when he came out on that stage.he grabbed you and took you along on this amazing ride..he wrote some of the t best songs I have ever heard..he designed Queens logo and chose their name in part cause its regal ,absolute..they lived up to it .Freddie was a talented beautiful man..I miss him

  • This video is the most beautiful thing i've ever seen. why? because it is such a selfless act Freddie knew how sick he was and that he looked sick he must have been in so much pain but he wanted to leave us with one last image one last video. To me this is the greatest testament to who the man was: with this act i describe him as loyal, selfless, couragous and unforgetable. I love you freddie, i miss you, i want to model my life after you. A great man and the greatest singer i'm proud of you.

  • "ain't that a shame"...

  • Freddie and the whole band were musical genuis. This song talks to people in so many ways and the lyrics are so true. The music is fantastic and the solo by Brian May is one of the best. They are one of the greatest ever bands and they ARE a kind of magic!!! nuff said Excelsior Stan Lee

  • Freddy was an incredible artist. He had a presence and charisma that just sucked you in. It doesn't matter that he was bisexual/gay, just look beyond that and see the real person that shown brighter than the brightest star in the sky. He was an incredible singer that had an AMAZING range. His passing was a sad day indeed. Sileo in Pacis Freddy Mercury (Farrokh Bulsara)

  • I love that smile he gives before the first chorus.

  • this guy gave everything he had into his music and audience. Always giving them a great show no matter what mood or condition he was in. He definetly has to be one or if not the biggest musical influence in my life. Even though hes not with us now, hes still going strong :]

  • can not watch this without crying..I remember Freddie the first concert I went to in NYC '77 he had the most purely perfect voice i ever heard. When he was on stage had so much fun. he interacted so well with the audience .this band did not just do a live performance of their albums it was a musical journey no other band could touch their live shows Such talent..4 men each a genius together they were magic absolute perfect fit Freddie Mercury, Brian May, Roger Taylor and John Deacon Queen..

  • Still one of my all time favorite Queen songs. Just watched a documentary on them, and I never realized just how sick he was when this video was made, yet they said he never complained about anything. Truly one of the best front men of all time. I only wish I would have had a chance to see them live. Rock on Freddie!

  • GOD LOVES YA FREDDIE!! WE MISS YOU!

  • We still love you.

I'll never be able to watch this without tears.

  • What a great song!

  • You morons all need to get your facts straight. This video was made in may of '91. He died in nov of '91. And if some of you don't have nice things to say about Freddie, you shouldn't be fucking commenting at all. Show some respect for an amazing artist or get the fuck out.

  • I think he's making a messege to all of us when he said i still love you.

  • Even though regardless from the doctors orders freddy still did the thing he loved til the end of his days. Living for the moment, i can picture freddy sitting on a park bench watching the world from the other side as the wind rushes by where no one notices his presence yet, if you listen to the wind its freddy singing in your ear.

  • I know this comment has been said before but... damn this video rips my heart out. It makes me cry everytime I watch it. Just to imagine what Freddie was going through, RIP Freddie your music and voice will remain in our hearts forever :(

  • This song and video will always make me weep.

  • Hindsight being 20/20, he looks so scary close to death in this video. I'm glad it was filmed in black and white though. From what I've read, he looked even worse in the color footage. Great song though.

  • @funkiersnoog The colour footage is heartbreaking. Watch the Beeb documentary, you'll see.

  • @funkiersnoog you are such a heartless idiot, making a comment on how he looked make you feel good? learn from his courage you sick ignorant you should be ashamed of yourself, he is beautiful in every way i love you freddie.

  • @carmelle127 You missed the point of my comment entirely my friend. The point is seeing ANYONE that close to death is heartbreaking. Relax a little.

  • @funkiersnoog Ok i understand now thank you. I had to watch 3 of my sisters and my only brother ravaged by sicknes and then die very young i'm the youngest in my family and i have never been the same. seeing Freddie in this video took me back to that place and this video means so much to me, to tell you the truth by doing this video Freddie give the courage i needed to go on.

  • @carmelle127 You really lost the point this guy is trying to say.

  • 5 people have no heart

  • I believe this song was also a final farewell and tribute to the only woman he ever loved, Mary Austin. He lived with her (as lovers) for 6 years and even when he started having only gay affairs, he always talked of Mary as the true love of his life. His "soul mate" She was at his bedside when he passed and he was Godfather to her son. Freddie left the great bulk of his fortune, including his mansion in the UK to Mary. RIP Freddie. <333 (I hope Mary writes a book soon)

  • I want this song to be played at my funeral

  • Freddie Mercury was an incredible person and made incredible music with Queen. people dont realize how music can change and impact a generation. And Freddie Mercury surely impacted his generation for sure. RIP

  • @jacobmadsen11 Freddie was probably the greatest British musician to ever live due to him having AIDS, which inspired others to fight against AIDS after he died from AIDS, sadly only a day after he'd publically admitted to having AIDS. You can see the weakness in Freddie throughout Queen's last few music videos. Even as far back as "I Want It All," the frailness of Mercury was visible. Here, he just looks God awful, and he must of been in a load of pain by then. R.I.P. Freddie. :(

  • I discovered Queen during the rebirth of Bohemian Rapsody, so glad I did. They've been my closet favorite band since I was 12. This song never fails to tear me up and the video is really beautiful esp. at the end when he looks into the camera and sings "I still Love you". Thank you Freddie for the music you have brought to the world. People young and old still appceicate the music you made in the life you lived.

  • @Edchick28 I know, when he looks in the camera and says that lin"I still love you" it never fails to choke me up no matter how many times I see it.Great stuff.

  • @1969ryson Its still pretty powerful.... I have the same exact reaction - it always makes me sad -- he was definately one of a kind

  • So perfect!! Love you!!

  • Freddie where ever you are thank you for the music and the love that you showed in your music. I miss Queen and Freddie. The music lives on forever.

  • Times when I really want this to be played:

    High School Graduation

    High School Graduation Party

    My Funeral

Times when I will listen to this song:

    Anytime

  • I love FREDDIE MERCURY and this song makes me feel sad

  • This may surprise some people but I actually like the way he looks in this vid......

  • I've always thought "I still love you" was directed at anyone who thought it was for them.I don't think it was for any one particular person,So many people loved him,his family,ex lovers, friends, his band mates, and of course his fans, it was meant for everyone of them.

  • I still find it very hard to listen to this song.

  • This is a testimanet to his showman ship and the show going on.

  • Such a beautiful song.

  • i find it hard to watch this video or even hear this song without crying. seein the condition he was in yet he did what he loved until his body wouldn't let him any more. WE MISS YOU FREDDIE!

  • @hunterchick5705

I agree sitting here sobbing can't even see the screen. :-(;;; I miss him too

  • I want this played at my funeral. Definitely.

  • This song was never about the fact that he was dying. Look at his face and listen to his voice just before and after 3:52 if you want to find the real message behind it. It's one of those things that's better to figure out for yourself.

  • @jfarwell92 yeah I caught that the first time I watched it and wondered who he was talking about.......what comes to mind first is the guy who gave him the aids (if he knows) or maybe its a generic statement saying "its okay I would do it all again anyway". Not sure, but whatever the meaning is there nonetheless.....

  • @KSitz77 It seems to me kind of like forgiveness. but not exactly. almost reassurance as if to say "it's ok." Freddie Mercury was kind of on a different wavelength than the rest of us. Made him a great musician but also kind of inscrutable.

  • this song will have u contemplate depression. damn im sad!

  • This song is so truly beautiful. Its reminds me of my Uncle who passed away so long ago. He was such a big fan and showed me that music is great no matter who sings it or their color. I was so into RUNDMC when they came out but I would secretly listen to rock with my uncle. This song came out around the time of my Uncle's passing and I swear I hear my Uncle singing it through Freddie. I still love you to Uncle M. You too Freddie.

  • beautiful

  • This particular video is a constant reminder to me to always treasure in my memory when I saw Queen in St. Louis in 1980. The talent, the showmanship, the music all smokes EVERYTHING that is coming out today!! Viva la Freddie! Thank you very VERY much for everything you brought into our world musically and RIP brother!!!!

  • The first time I heard this song, I was in my early 30s and I cried. Now I am 54 and it still gets me. RIP Freddie. You were human after all.

  • DEAR FREDDIE I STILL LOVE YOU! unfortinatly im growing up in the age of electric music aint that a shame im 15 if it wernt for my mom showing me real music i'd be like the rest of my age group listening to justin beiber

  • He proly had to puck like 20times before finishing the video and had cramps and died

  • Simply the Best!!!! , then and even now.

  • If I could spend a day with any person in the world dead or alive it would be with Freddie for sure. He has such a bright personality, all wasted by AID's.

  • This song never fails to make me cry.

  • his head looks like it doesnt belong to that body

  • @3:50 and @3:56. Best parts of the song.

  • This song is genius. It is touching, calming, emotional, melodic, and even funny if you listen to the lyrics.

  • Comment removed

  • It sucks to see him like that...Looks like he would break if you patted him on the back...RIP

  • I can't watch this without crying. I miss you Freddie.

  • RIP Freddie.

You were and still are loved by many.

You are my inspiration, and my idol.

    <3

  • You always are the best!!!!!!!!!! I love you Freddie!

  • @TenaciousC21

    you r so right.

  • I STILL LOVE YOU FREDDIE!!!

  • Freddie's final video. I remember reading about how sickly and thin he'd become, and they practically had to cake the makeup on him to be presentable, and to shoot in B&W to hide how sick he really was, but the performance...he gave his all until the very end...The last words of this video were his last on-camera words...he died just shortly over a day after announcing his illness...

  • The best of the best in all the world!!!!

  • Its pretty amazing that his voice never deteriorated as he got ill. During his later years if anything it got more powerful. He kept going until it was phsically impoissible

    Thanks Freddie, We Miss You

  • You got to give Freddie a lot of credit for performing his ass off for us even with the AIDS virus. Man, I really wish I was born before Freddie died, because just like what TenaciousC21 said, a world without Freddie just absolutely sucks.

    R.I.P Freddie Mercury

  • @blackhand307 man he gave it all he got for us he could only stand for 5 to 10 minutes cuz his feet swollen up just be glad me made his goodbye song and gave it all he got

  • hate sucks

  • Freddie Mercury had a four octave vocal range. He is considered by many to be one of the greatest live performers of our time, if not the best. Many all around the world regard Queen's Live Aid Perfromance as the absolute best live show of all time. Freddie Mercury had great charisma, was an amazing entertainer, and a wonderful human being! RIP Freddie Mercury!!! We love you!!!

  • This WILL be played at my funeral. and another one bites the dust xD

  • gay or straight, i do not care!!! freddie was the best, i wish i had the chance to let him know that his sexuality did not make any difference, i will miss him dearly.. "love you freddie!!

  • @brokenwheel2000 Right on! Freddie and his music really made a difference in my life. I truly wish he was still with us today.

  • As a young man growing up in the age of false music, I have to say that without Freddie Mercury and people like him, my life would absolutely suck. I've been a Freddie fan for my 15 short years, and have mourned the age of greatness I unfortunately missed. Even I can see how sick he is in this video, having watched all the Queen videos I can find, and now, I just want to say, Thank you Freddie, for doing what you did. You shall always be missed.
