Just watched Edgeplay and heard this song at the end... My God... I am in love.
I had no idea about the history and music of Suzi Quatro and I feel ashamed.
Of course I knew of and had a crush on Leather Tuscadero when I was younger... but now I have a new and deeper appreciation of Suzi and her place in rock history.
How completely appropriate for "Kids of Tragedy" to be at the end of that movie... It is now one of my favorite songs.
I heard of this song. "kids of tradegy" through a movie made by Vicki Blue. In 2004 or so. Great documentary. (Vicki Blue was the bassist for the runaways in the later years).. Vicki Blue was thee filmmaker of the film im talking about too.
Just finished watching the movie. First thing I did was look for this song. Written by the fabulous songwriter/PRODUCER >>>>>Mike Chapman<<<<< [Wikipedia him], it's a knockout; the lyrics are something to think about. Very moving. Suzi + Chapman is a match made in infinity.
biglyrics leaves chunks of the song out, and they butchered the lyrics they DID include.. you're better off just listening carefully and figuring them out for yourself.. you at least can't do any any worse than biglyrics does..
@leggs57 I first heard "kids of tradegy" through a documentary Vicki Blue made in about 2004 or so. About "the Runaways" ...Kids of Tradegy was the end song leading us to the credits. ...Im sorry LEGGS57 I really dont know what album it might be on. Other than the documentary I was referencing.

Amazing song!!
But then again...using the word amazing is a big understatement.
Suzi's a legend and her music will live on forever.
