For example, OJ simpson- no one is ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE that he murdered, but cuz of the facts regardless of the verdict in his criminal trial, we come to the conclusion that he is GUILTY. His loss in the civil trial is partly due to the absence of problems that was presented in the criminal trial along with the lessened burden of proof, and added evidence that was not presented in the criminal case.
