JETER IS THE MOST OVERRATED Player in MLB. HE does not come close to A-Rod. His 15 hr and 75 rbi compared to A-Rod's average of 48 hr and 130 rbi. Besides jeter is grossly overpaid at 18 mill/year, and he was reluctant to give up SS position to A-Rod even though he is an inferior defensive shortstop to rodriquez

and besides, he might be a better baseball player than jeter, but he still isn't worth 200 million dollars...everyone in sports in general is overpaid...and his personal life dramas and the possibility of steriod use doesn't help either. Jeter is a better player overall because he doesn't just represent sports by numbers but also off the field.

okay listen.. Alex rodriguez is the best player to play the game, and he always tries his hardest.. his only problem is you can call it that is he cares what people think about him.. and he wants people to like him.. and everyone gives him a hard time.. why cause he makes alot of money? if someone offers him that why the hell would he not take it? think about that if someone offered you a raise more than anyone else at your work.. would you not take it?

still bummed that he lost the MVP in 96 after winning the batting title .368. The Mariners could of used him in the playoffs in 95. He was benched.
