  • What's the point of disliking this video...

  • "It's still warm from the machine. :) What's inside here, I wonder?"

    I love Ben <3

  • I was real pissed at the end, they shouldnt of all died! :(

  • If only ben was here in all six years!

  • Hugo got a lock on his mail box because it rimes with locke

  • I see a dead person behind hugo at the beginning at this video XD

  • Hugo is the man. Great actor.

  • i bought the first season just by random choice by having a gift card for best buy and i fell in love with it great series

  • what channel was this on? was it a special behind the scenes of Lost?

  • I am with the fans who thought the finale sucked big time! They writers did not deliver on all that was built up over the run of the show. Much of the drama was based on the fact that basically no one was supposed to ever leave the island. Why? Turns out, it was just some arbitrary rule that Jacob and his looney mother enforced for no particular reason. People died for nothing. So many unanswered questions. The writers painted themselves into a corner they couldn't get out of.

  • @JourneyMaster They couldn't get off the island due to the temporal shift. You had to fly off at a specific manner. Jacob had nothing to do with that one. It wasn't anyone's will that kept them there. It was just a wonky screw up in the laws of physics.

  • @TheDisarminghinkle The man in black wasn't allowed off the island. Jacob's crazy mother killed a village of people to prevent him from leaving. She killed Jacob's mother and stole Jacob & his brother to raise as her own. I had a hard time seeing her, or Jacob as the good guys. Also, at the end:

Ben: "You can start by helping Desmond get home." Hurley: "But how? People can't leave the island." Ben: "That's how Jacob ran things. Maybe there's another way, a better way." Just an arbitrary rule?

  • blockbusters in brick is going out of business so i went there and they had all of lost....i have been having a marathon

  • they should do something with the kids from the show you know like when they are all grown up or something

  • i love Hurley

  • wow, i just finished watching Lost and i completely lost it. It was so sad to see them separated but happy during their reunion. Two opposite emotions, happy and sad at the same time is just overwhelming! One of the messages of the show was live together, die alone but as you mull over the ending you realize they didn't die alone, they died together because they loved each other so much that they had to wait for each other until they could move on.

  • Seeing Jorge Garcia cry, is sadder than the ending to LOST.

  • fuck hugo. go lose some damn weight

  • ....and thus, the single tear drop that slowly fell from Hurley's eye, lost beneath his beard, evaporated into the Water-Monster...........LOST

  • Jorge Garcia flipping straight to the back to see what happens: Classic Hurley moment

  • I was disappoint.

  • anyone else giggle when michael emerson said "the machine"?

  • You can't photocopy red paper?!? Am I the only one learning this for the first time right now?

  • @adeviantproduction I knew all along! AHSUAHAHAUAHUASUSHAUS

  • actor who been on a show are like a family and when it time for a curtain call they don't want to end.

  • Does anyone else watch the entire series each year like I do?

  • Now thats passion for his work

  • I still cry when watching The End.

  • It's a good ending. At first I was like: HELL NO! But after seeing it some more times and understanding the meaning of it, I think there couldn't have been a better ending

  • Too many unanswered questions. So were there alternatives to everyone or where they waiting to enter heaven together? why were their lives so different, Sawyer a cop, Jack has a son and so on? I thought the explosion at the end of season 5 created alternates and since they end up in the past then they remain there too? Where was Michael and Walt? Walts mysterious powers-were they ever explained? What about baby Aaron, wasn't he supposed to turn out evil if he didn't stay with Clare?

  • @actung74 It wasn't an alternate universe, that never worked. It was the afterlife - hence they were put in situations that would lead to them meeting, and they were also generally quite nice lives. In a way Jack's son was just a part of himself.

  • @actung74 The point was that it was about the characters, not the "mysteries". From the very beginning of the show, the show was about the characters, who they were, how they had got that way, and who they were becoming. That was the reason that the whole show revolved around the flashbacks. The island mysteries were the setting, not the focus. If you were watching for the mysteries, then you didn't get the point of what the series was about.

  • @Dankster312 I disagree. Characters are certainly important, but so is their motivations. They set up all these conflicts based on nonsense that they never explained in the end. The writers got lost.

  • @JourneyMaster: The motivations for the main characters had nothing to do with the island's mysteries. The characters didn't know any more about the island than we did. The motivations of the characters was driven by the events of their lives before they ever came onto the island and their interactions with others on the island. Finding out the truth about the island's mysteries would have been as new to the characters as it was to us.

  • @Dankster312 Their motivations weren't just about their past experiences. Everyone is influenced by their past. The writers set up several mysteries that the audience was lead to believe were pieces to a bigger puzzle that they NEVER gave satisfactory answers to. Many of the flashbacks appeared to be pieces to a larger puzzle. A puzzle that never fully came together in the end. The finale was a cop out. Saying one shouldn't expect answers to the questions raised in the show is a cop out.

  • @Dankster312 Watch this video: "How LOST Should Have Ended"

    youtube.com/watch?NR=1&feature=fvwp&v=rrcF7dYADsw

  • @Dankster312 As one critic put it about the finale: "...it was definitely emotional, and allowed fans to say goodbye to the characters. But “Lost” wasn’t just about the characters; it was about the place where the characters met and lived together and died alone and had that shared adventure that Christian Shephard insisted represented all of them at their best. … “The End” doesn’t give The Island itself a proper sendoff."...

  • @actung74: p.s. - I think that Sawyer as a cop and Jack with a son were aspects of themselves that they had never dealt with in their lives. In the afterlife, they were working through more of who they really were. The writers wanted Michael/Walt to come back, but the actor who played Walt got way too old over 6 years and there was no way to explain it. Aaron wasn't supposed to "turn out evil" (that was your assumption from the psychic's ambiguous words).

  • I adored the finale, I know it's like some running joke now about how badly it sucked for some people. But it's there loss, a true lost fan would have been completely content with that ending, it is beautiful.

  • Sawyer should of ended up with kate.

  • Mark <3

  • I always wanted it to be Hurley. I'm glad it was.

  • seasons 5 and 6 sucked..

  • @WhiteDogg0 You suck!

  • Lost was great but i was super disappointed when i found out people pretty much guessed the ending in the 1st season

  • @laxfan727 Nobody guessed it.

  • Thumbs up if you think LOST is still the best show ever.

  • @amamamamammamamamam i SO AGREE MAN I MISS THAT SHOW

  • @amamamamammamamamam Always will be the best show ever. They should make another video game based upon it or mabye some books!

  • @amamamamammamamamam no that would be The Shield, but LOST is a close 3rd right behind The Lost Room

  • @amamamamammamamamam The ending was a cop out by the writers and a real let down. They did not answer the questions they raised over the run of the show satisfactorily.

  • For a few years they said they were a family for each other, but durning that period they were a family for me, too. :')

  • 0:43. He is so adorable. <3.

  • Dude...

  • Thanks for explaining the Dharma Initiative, the numbers etc.!!

    Faggots

  • @QuikDJ The numbers 4, 8, 15, 16, 23 and 42 frequently recurred in Lost. They corresponded with degrees on the dial in the lighthouse, which turned to display the lives of candidates to replace Jacob. The six numbers represented six of the final candidates. They also formed the coefficients in an equation that predicted mankind's extinction.

  • @BackwardsSnuggie

Watch person of interest on CBS it's michael Emerson's new show

  • @TheTwoCreepyGuys Holy hell. Why am I just learning about this? Have my babies.

  • As sad as this is, I watched Lost for the first time about 1 1/2 weeks ago. I finished it yesterday. I have nothing to do now :(

  • @BackwardsSnuggie me to!

  • @BackwardsSnuggie haha so true. i watched it in like 2 months and i thought that was intense. i bet you had dreams that were about lost

  • @rjdrays288 I had no dreams on the count of me watching Lost 20/7. My god, I have too much time on my hands.

  • @BackwardsSnuggie its ok, i do too. i am currently rewatching the entire series right now haha

  • @BackwardsSnuggie dude i finished watching it for the first time like 2 weeks ago, i know how you feel when theres nothing to do! WHY DID IT HAVE TO END!!!! a good man once said "all good things come to an end"

  • I know this is used too often. But seriously.

    THIS. was. really. THE.

    Best. Show. Ever.

  • I'm tired of dumbfucks' comments criticizing Lost, where at the same time they don't have the brains to understand what is going on. This is not Sex And The City... GTFO

  • the ending for the alternate universe was still crap no matter how good the show was.

  • the writer is so full of shit saying that they knew the ending for a long time

  • @723music

I actually believe them considering the show was supposed to be around 9 days, and most of the ending still works.

They do admit to changing some parts like about Ben, who was never even gonna be part of the story and was only signed for a couple of episodes. So they had to add him in.

  • @723music They knew the ending when they wrote the pilot episode in 2004...FACT. Watch the pilot then read up about backgammon and the egyptians.

  • ...and it was all a dream...

    Most epic ending ever.

  • @Tw4tz0r actually that wasn't the ending... some of them even survived and lived in the island including hugo, and the last scen is when they are all suposed to be already dead...

  • @Tw4tz0r No...it wasn't a dream

  • 24 FPS Mother of god ....

  • From what i can make out, to simply end of this great show - the fat one (Hurley) ate them all

  • Vincent outlasted them all.

  • Comment removed

  • Wow, that was sad. What's this video apart of? Is it some documentary?

  • for a week after the finale, all I could do was mull it over and over in my head at work, such a powerful finale.... I MISS YOU LOST!!!

  • Comment removed

  • my best series ever. 4 8 15 16 23 42

  • No offense but the whole last season kinda sucked. . . & this is coming from a die hard LOST fan

  • @allforHimforHeisall completely agree, im a DIE HARD LOST fan too, and this wasent the best season. sure it was the saddest of all, i cried like a baby, but i feel like they rushed it with this last season

  • @pu2to3 yeah.. dont know if its only me.. but i felt like the build lost up to this what we knew.. for all this years.. but then.. the kinda "ruined" everything by rushing through with it. all the explanations came to fast.. one after another..

  • @Deathbringer99699 yes, exactly i was trying to figure out how to explain what i said, but u said the explanations came to fast one after another, thats exactly how i feel :P

  • @pu2to3 glad I'm not the only one. I rewatched it recently and it wasn't as bad as I remembered but, still, the script was just so below the previous 5 seasons.

  • @allforHimforHeisall

When it comes from someone who actually liked and appreciated the show, I at least believe them...cuz they're not just hating like how other people do.

Anyway, sad to hear you didn't like the last season. But at least you enjoyed the first five seasons--that to me is still a long time for a TV show, right?

  • @yourmurderer1 exactly. And you know I just finished rewatching all 6 seasons (I know, I don't have a life) and the sixth season wasn't as bad as I remembered (the beginning was a lot worse than the ending). Still the best show out there. . . the character development is truly amazing.

  • @allforHimforHeisall

Wow, the fact that so many people I've been hearing from have either re-watched the whole series again or are doing so now just shows how good the show was.

But I must agree with you on the beginning of Season 6 being slightly weak.

Maybe I'll re-watch it one summer. Right now, I'm rewatching Alias. Another brilliant show.

  • where can i watch them all again for free????

  • @DwightkSchrute101 monsterdivx(dot)com /series /

  • @DwightkSchrute101 use to be on Netflix....but then they pulled them. (bet you thought an arrow to the knee joke was coming lol)

  • @RelapsedX12 All of the episodes are on Netflix streaming. I just watched the entire series there.

  • @cactaceous me too!:)

  • Lost is not just a tv show, watch video titled:

"LOST pt 1 Series Finale Season 6 The END Analysis Review Island TV Show GFOL"

  • I WANT A SHOW THAT MAKES ME FEEL AS GOOD/SAD AS LOST BACK IN THE OLD DAYS.

    YES IM WRITTING IN CAPS!

  • @owner0007

I agree so much. This was such a good show. So fun to watch. And that music! It usually helped to make me cry. I miss it.

  • Maaan, Jorge Garcia is a top man.

  • I cried like a baby at the end of the last episode (WHICH WAS ON MY BIRTHDAY, BY THE WAY!)

  • @ohfriggina it wasn't a good birthday present...

  • @DarkHacker96 Don't I know it. Probably the worst birthday of my life.

  • In some ways... the guy who played Hurley.... looks real similar to John Belushi... if he lost a little bit of weight... he do a biopic of him I think :D

  • People will be watching, arguing about, loving, and hating "Lost" in 100 years. Guaranteed.

  • Best. Show. Ever.

  • I cry so much with Jorge Garcia when i saw this vid on my dvd...BOUHOU!

  • The episode that made me cry the most was Ab Aeterno! The episode when Hurley sees Richards wife! I forgot her name :( but that episode was great!!!

  • I just shed a tear

  • I love how Ben is for some reason still in costume in the printing room.

  • They didn't bother explaining any of the mysteries. That means 90% of the show is just random crap.

  • @Peemeaux Actually they explained most of them. What mysteries do you think they didn't explain?

  • @abdi456001 1. How did Sayid get resurrected in the final season premiere? They spend all of Season 5 telling us that The Island can't bring people back from the dead, and yet in the first episode of season 6, for really no reason, Sayid is brought back.?

    2. What are Walt's powers? Why was he so special to The Others and then later not so special?

    3. Why did some Losties go into the past while aboard the Ajira flight? Why did Sun stay on the plane? What the hell was that all about?

  • @abdi456001 4. If the Smoke Monster is confined to The Island, how did he appear as Christian Shepherd on the freighter to tell Michael his job was done?

    5. What makes Desmond so special in that he can withstand huge blasts of electromagnetism?

  • @abdi456001 And please don't say "The Island chose blah blah blah" because without explaining the nature of the Island or its powers, that's just a cheap excuse for an explanation.

  • @Peemeaux 1. Apparently, The spring has healing properties, seeing as after Sayid went in, his wound stopped bleeding but was still there, so I guess that means it doesn't completely heal.

    2. Walt has psychic abilities, seen even off the Island, when while looking at a picture of a bird, a bird myseriously crashes into his window, and other cases not completely went into detail. The others ran tests to see what his powers were, and when they discovered he couldn't exactly do that much, they let

  • @abdi456001 1. My question was not whether or not he did die, because Miles confirmed it a few eps later. I wanted to know how he came back from the dead..

    2. Yeah, but where did he get his powers? Why are they important to the story?

    3. Whatever.

    4. I think the writers wrote that scene before they figured out what the Smoke Monster was really going to be.

  • @Peemeaux him go.

    3. I'm going have to cheat here a little, because the truth is, the Island wanted them to go back in time ( The specific people) which didn't include the ENTIRE Oceanic 6, seeing as Sun didn't travel back in time with the bright light, like Jack and Kate and etc. did.

    4. It's kinda like the same way Libby was on the Freighter, I think it was Christain Shepards Ghost? Maybe. I haven't watched that season in a while you should search it on the Lostpedia site.

  • @Peemeaux 5. Well, It's like how Walt has Psychic abilities, some people might just be born with it. It's also possible that because he lived next to a GIGANTIC amount of Electromagnetism, (Enough to crash a plane. Destroy the world?) and possibly his body built up a defense against it. (Again this one's my personal opinion, might not be completely accurate.)

  • what is this clip from? Is it from a documentary?

  • What's so confusing about the ending? Hurley and Ben became the new rulers of the island (replacing Jacob-Richard), Jack died, the rest got off the island.

Eventually (in the far future) when everyone died of natural/unnatural causes, their souls all met up in a sort of purgatory before moving on to the next life together.

    Major points:

Everything that happened on the show EXCEPT FOR THE SIDEWAYS TIMELINE happened "for real"

They all died at DIFFERENT TIMES but met up in purgatory.

  • @swimteamizzle1114 exactly that's what I've been saying. No one else seems to get it.

  • OMG they were all excited before reading the final script and then...they realized that they spent six years of their lives for nothing! And it was propably even more heart-breaking to act like they were happy about the ending.

  • I'm still confused about the plot/ending. So, they were all dead? or different versions...I don't even...

  • 1 person got lost looking up his own ass trying to find the light switch

  • When Hurley cries, everybody cries.

  • This video made me cry.

  • Michael Emerson is great and all but Jorge Garcia is the loving anchor of this show. I watched season 4 and onwards solely because of Hurley!

  • It's fantastic how a fictional story can make grown up men cry :)

  • You guys broke my heart!

  • red means restricted to all else except main actors and director and producers

  • mabey they didnt have any more white paper... ever think of that

  • i saved you a bullet

  • hahahaha at 1:00 thats an actual black eye that Michael Emerson received from a scene gone wrong between his character Ben and Desmond... surprised that out of all the scenes where he got the shit kicked out of him (which was a lot) only ONE ended up with him receiving an actual shiner.

  • I miss LOST =(... I actually grew attached to the show almost as if i knew the people in it lol

  • 5 years was not enough of Lost!!!

  • im crying

  • Jorge Reyes did so much for that character that the writers made him the sole protector of the island. I mean, come on. That's like winning a scripted survivor that you didn't know was scripted

  • lol at micheal emersons "pink slip" he looks like thang i need a new job 2:42-2:56

  • i like that vincent isnt alone hes still got bernard and rose and hurley

btw hugo's real name is jorge

  • Vincent was with Jack at the end..... i liked that

  • @meister700 why? can you elaborate your feelings there?

  • @meister700

i think its cuz they wanted you to feel that he wasn't dying alone. but they all ended up together in the afterlife. has desmond said "see you in another life brotha".

  • @meister700 Every time I see Vincent lay down next to Jack I break down and cry.

  • i wanna see the reaction of all characters! is it here on youtube?

  • Now, your like me..

  • Its kinda funny how I never watched a single episode of lost and still I cried like a baby when I saw that as if I could "Connect" to it. . . =(

  • @TheForeverLight1 then i advise you not to watch the whole series :P. cuz once you get to the end, EVERYBODY tears up. havent seen 1 person yet who doesnt bawl like a baby at the series finale (and its not some chick-flick emo drama shit either, which makes it even more awesome)

  • It is really Greatest Film,i can't call this ART as a ''show'' !!! I cryed many times, ussualy i never cry,i cryed several times threw my all entire life,i meen it's got me very big time,i can't understand that they shut down the Film? it's feels like the life is over, feels like somethin very important in my life is not exist !

I hope that one day, somethin will come up,and can compete The 'Lost"

  • Did you record this on a magic super-camera?

  • Uh.. I don't think that's his last scene?

  • @lukeman3000 It's not, none of the cast got a complete script before filming. He even said so.

  • I don't know why I am so crazy about Micheal Emerson!!!! He is so... Great!!

  • Youve known the ending for a long time huh? So you knew for "a long time" that you were going to cop out and screw everyone over and give no insight or factual information about the countless trails you led us on in earlier seasons and then dismissed since you figured we forgot? Fucking lying piece of shit. Fuck you.

  • @bryan3184 although LOST is over for quite so much, I knew there 2 months! So it means nothing.

Before two months, I did not know Lost

  • @gloubiboulgus What you have just said, makes absolutely no sense, whatsoever. You should probably not get drunk before posting anymore.

  • @bryan3184 Sorry i am french and just 14 years old so, I used google translation ;) really sorry ;)

  • I hope my mom doesnt sign me away to read it. ._.

  • I sobbed during the end of LOST. I love all the characters so much, it hurt so to it end like it did.

  • i started crying watchingthis.... :(

  • @1234hfreak Me Too

  • He cried as it was that bad

  • @JamesGod08 tell me with good reason why the ending of lost was bad

  • @TheArcadianFlame It made little sense, went off on a tangent, and didn't answer enough questions to leave a fan at ease.

  • @JamesGod08 you do know that most questions were answered and things were revealed they just expected to figure it out yourself. there were few things unanswered but nothing that really bothered me.

  • @TheArcadianFlame lol... it answered them but expected us to figure it out? Contradiction much? I should of rephrased it, it answered next to no questions at all.

  • @JamesGod08 I meant it answered the most questions throughout the series but expected you to figure out the fact that those questions had been answered throughout the series.

  • loved hurley he was like a big teddy bear just wanted to hug him :)

  • I fucking loved Hurley.

  • is this oooon like the blu-ray or something!? i wanna finish watching it
