  • hahahaha! multisnooty closed their account hahah! Good ridance!

  • they're all just a bunch of retards! except asperger's syndrome. Einstein had asperger's syndrome, and so did Jeffery Dahmer!

  • Theres a difference between aspergers and high functioning autism. I was diagnosed with HFA but I wouldn't really call myself retarded I just have shit social skills. Socially retarded yeah but intellectually retarded, not at all. On the contrary I think entirely in pictures which gives me an edge in pretty much all scientific fields. Chemistry gets pretty fuckin abstract but even abstract things can be assigned visual representations. I don't think profoundly autistic people are retards either

  • I think its more a matter of the mindset they're in. You know when you're on shrooms or other psychedelics how the simplest of tasks such as getting some change out of your pocket for the bus becomes extremely complicated. I think its like that. I swear to god one night I was so high I couldn't find the zipper of the tent I was in.s. I needed to piss so badly I was gonna slash the tent but I was so high I couldn't even get the knife out of my pocket lol.

  • @MultiSnooty BTW whos Jeffery Dahmer? The serial killer?

  • @MultiSnooty hm, i guess my retardation should prvent me from studying at the university, yet i am.... wierd.

  • @MultiSnooty you have a very sad outlook and I would not wish this to happen to anyone......you have no idea what it means to deal with this disorder and should be thouroughly educated on this disorder! and you are Retarded for comparing such beautiful children to Jeffery Dahmer! Who cares what that serial killer had! the difference between an autistic child and Dahmer is he was found mentaly stable enough to stand trial! in other words he knoew what he was doing when he killed those people.

  • @MultiSnooty And with an attitude like yours you sound alot like Hitler! how does it feel to be compared to a mad man that destroyed lives rather than bringing joy, such as autistic children are capable of....dont be ignorent and stupid like Nazis....be supportive and spread awareness not hate.

  • @LatigidGolana agreed.

  • Thank you for this video:) As a teacher and mother of a 5 year old who was early diagnosed with PDD-nos/Autism, I appreciate and understand everything in your video! My son is doing very well and he's had early intervention since he was a year old. We still have our intervention teams, karate, and other means to improve him NOW. It's working, however he regresses, as many children with Autism do. Autism Speaks Walk is in September, Phila., PA. Join our TEAM! Walking For Love. THX..Lynn

  • This video is GREAT! I have sent it to family & friends who still after 4 years truly do not understand Autism & what we as a family goes thru. But never give up cause these kids CAN come back no matter what age. At 6yrs we started Neurofeedback & our son is coming back, potty trained in two weeks,is talking some and plays with his little sister. So PLEASE do not give up, these beutiful kids CAN be reached. Our son is living proof, & all the other kids now using Neurofeedback. Good Bless

  • im not joking but I have a slighty bit Autism, I just can do normal things like other people do, but till when I was like 4 years old I only stared to the ground, i've wasted 4 long years doing that..

but now I can learn good, im on a good school, and i have a few friends!

this video is nice, 4/5 :P

  • hey fuck you sayheycincy i lead a totally normal life i live more normally then anyone else does i go to normal schools and i get tought exactly what everyone else is learning i only have a small bit of Autism/ASD i have better vision then my parents and i dont hate anyone or act unormally and im only 12 i get angry at people like you posting vids about Autism that turn negative i was never ever put on pills of any sort and i have never needed help and my parents have never told anyone about it.

  • I disagree with this totaly, i have ASD and my brain has rewired its self to some degree. Every time an alarm goes of i dont start banging my head against a door. as this went on i grasped more of what she was saying because when i started typing she hadent said the "Grow up to be just fine"

  • what a great video!!

  • I have a 4 year old son, Nick, with autism. This is a wonderful teaching video that I am going to send to everyone I know. Thank you

  • awesome video, i also have aspergers too. i'm done well with potassium, b12 vitamins, and the vitamins for the nervous system and reduction of anxiety

  • i have a brother with autism and i have asperger's so my brother and I are alike we get along and we fight but its good sometimes we have it b/c we know how we both feel.

  • Yay! ASD people on youtube. You know, ASD's might not be so bad if they didn't give you stomach problems. It's kinda cool being able to see things other people don't. Have you guys ever leaned up against the trunk of a tree and looked UP? It looks really cool. You might want to hold on to the trunk while you do it though, I felt a bit dizzy the first time I did it.

  • This was actually a pretty good video (finally). I could have done without some of the...despair that seemed to blanket the speech but...

  • this is in the posautive group and its /sense subgroup - been there for a while I just forgot to leave a comment - it's a relief to hear this much good professional sense

  • This is a logical, calm, well thought out video. Wow.

  • i'm high function

  • Great video. Thanks.

  • Thank you for posting this.

  • Isn't it interesting that the Children's Hospital doctor said that a child's outcome is tied to the parents acceptance of their child's autism (i.e. parents that accept have children that do better).

  • Yes. I picked that up too. It makes sense to me. I wonder if there is a study out there. I've also been curious about how father's involvement impacts outcome.

  • Yes, there actually is a study out there. I'll try to find it and email it to you.
