This game has awesome graphics combined with awesome music and unbeatable gameplay mechanics (for the most part). And it's extremely challenging but not impossible.

I can remember spending countlesss hours coming up with the money for the death magic and the magic shield when I was a kid. Too bad I looked like a fucking idiot with that massive shield and that shitty little dagger.....

This truly was one of those old NES titles that was actually well put together in terms of graphics, gameplay etc.

That's one of the games that defined my '80s childho0d. And yes, I'm one of those manic-obsessive f0ols who was willing to slaughter those delightfully delicious hopping heads over and over again to get money to by a magic shield and a death spell. XD
