There's a nicer looking way to do this, and you basically do all the steps but ur supposed to cut 4-8 squares using nuetral tissue paper, then you accordian fold first. Cut the ends to be rounded, and in the middle of the rectangle cut two slits aligned on each side, leaving a small space in between. Tie with thread, seperate the flowers, and u have pretty ceiling hangers :)
