cool device and if I used hotkeys I would definitely buy that just so I wouldn't have my wrist on the desk all day but I don't use hotkeys in the first place lol just click with my mouse and it works good enough for me :)

What about games that use more than 5 buttons?

If it was able to use multiple different layouts to configure the finger tip keys at a specific touch I could understand. for example touching your palm would change AWSD to QEZC it would give it more function.

@how3owl Well, On World of Warcraft, I have everything keybinded, so I am exceeding 50. I have alt, ctrl, & shift on my mouse, and I use 1-7 alt/ctrl/shift, q-u alt/ctrl, a-f alt/ctrl, then about 8 more buttons on my mouse keybinded.

And I love it :) haha

Repeatedly touching you thumb and fingers together would be very stressing on the muscles in your hand and will probably cause fatigue and RSI if used for extended periods.

I'm a casual dota player and i dont have to do either of those. My fingers rest on the keys that im using and i just twitch the required one half a cm.
