cool device and if I used hotkeys I would definitely buy that just so I wouldn't have my wrist on the desk all day but I don't use hotkeys in the first place lol just click with my mouse and it works good enough for me :)
so instead of thinking what button to press, u gotta think which fingers to cross.... sooooo whats the big advantage ?? better think of a way to heal aids or something instead... christ
If it was able to use multiple different layouts to configure the finger tip keys at a specific touch I could understand. for example touching your palm would change AWSD to QEZC it would give it more function.
oh? i thought the fingers had 15 points and the thumb had 2, for 30 possibilities. must have forgot the palm, seems like the palm would be hard to use though.
@how3owl Well, On World of Warcraft, I have everything keybinded, so I am exceeding 50. I have alt, ctrl, & shift on my mouse, and I use 1-7 alt/ctrl/shift, q-u alt/ctrl, a-f alt/ctrl, then about 8 more buttons on my mouse keybinded.
@how3owl@how3owl Well, On World of Warcraft, I have everything keybinded, so I am exceeding 50. I have alt, ctrl on my mouse, and I use 1-6 alt/ctrl, q-y alt/ctrl, a-f alt/ctrl, then about 8 more buttons on my mouse keybinded.
Repeatedly touching you thumb and fingers together would be very stressing on the muscles in your hand and will probably cause fatigue and RSI if used for extended periods.
while professional gamers might not want this glove, new gamers might since the hand is much more natural than a keyboard. I for one am looking forward to seeing if it is any good.
she must be getting paid to do this: no pro dota player would claim that they need to "search around for the keys" or "have to think about what key [they] have to press".
I'm a casual dota player and i dont have to do either of those. My fingers rest on the keys that im using and i just twitch the required one half a cm.
Lmao ! i know ! it kinda sucks ..but that new remote from Razer (Works just like the upcoming ps3 "Wand" motion sensing controller) is AWESOME !! except i noticed some lag ... some mm seconds lag ..
This product is pointless

What about games that use more than 5 buttons?

theres 30 different points on the glove, i dont think many games are going to need more hotkeys than that

...they are muscles. They do get stronger and typing causes fatigue as well you just get used to it.

Interesting, I wouldn't use it for gaming but it'd be nice for a wearable pc rig.

waste of money... a keyboard is way faster. I guarantee no pro would ever use this in a competition.

agreed. If there was a way without having to touch fingers i think it would be useful to gamers. MMO's specifically.
