Actually, more commonly RPG's force a projectile of liquid metal out through the center upon detonation, so they can pierce the armor of tanks and such. I don't think they're made to blow a car apart like that. My guess is if it wasn't a missile, it probably wasn't an RPG either. Although like another poster mentioned, some of the "bodies" didn't have injuries consistant with that destruction, so who knows.
