if your ass (the seat) is less than 26' off the ground its absolutely forbidden on the road. in U.S. cops will take it from you. even if you put lights on it. none come with serial number approved by fcc for registration. if you choose to get it inspected (to get dmv vin) it will not pass, saftey, durability, acceleration, and pollution. you would have to raise the vehicle by 3" , they get "street legal" carburetor/exhaust for the environment. then instal all the brake lights and blinkers.

Depends what you want to ride them for, if you want to go pretty fast and do on road runs then go for the bike, but if you want off road mudding fun then go for the quad.

THIS NOTE IS FOR EVERYONE....you got what you've paid for!..I recently bouth a 50cc water-cooled C1 for 500$ and it goes up to 80 km an hour...but forget do samething with cheap popular models with an 49cc engine. The fastest i did with is 57km an hour and i really think that's fucking nice for 250$These models normally goes 45km an h. without modifications.Wanna go faster? pay the price your fun cost!
