  • About Dave Lockwood, a tourist who just showed up and cycled along with all the "official" cyclists in the 1991 Tour de France - If you go to time 21:45 in this video, the announcer says "Well there is one rider you won't find [in the program?] but he has done every stage of the race..." At timestamp 23:09 they put up "Dave Lockwood" in big bold print under his face in an interview. And at 24:25 they have Dave pumping away looking hard-core on a climb.
