He failed to mention that Robertson's foundation is donating millions of dollars to help with relief, and is also sending over thousands of workers to help with the relief. What Robertson said was incredibly stupid, but Robertson is doing more to help than Keith would ever dream of doing.
It's called covering your ass. His foundation knew he was going to get flak for saying that crap so they donated in order to give him something to fall back on when people started calling him on it. The fact that he has good PR people doesn't excuse what he said.

He failed to mention that Robertson's foundation is donating millions of dollars to help with relief, and is also sending over thousands of workers to help with the relief. What Robertson said was incredibly stupid, but Robertson is doing more to help than Keith would ever dream of doing.

It's called covering your ass. His foundation knew he was going to get flak for saying that crap so they donated in order to give him something to fall back on when people started calling him on it. The fact that he has good PR people doesn't excuse what he said.

I completely agree, I think the world would be a much better place if Robertson never went out in public and spoke ever again, but for Keith Olbermann to ignore the incredible good that he and his organizations have done, and then say that his life is "vacant and purposeless" and wish him to hell is wrong. If someone who is doing this much good has a vacant and purposeless life, then how would you describe Keith's life, considering he is doing nothing in comparison. Keith is a moron.

Not all people have millions to donate. Keith, if u had done some ACTUALL RESEARCH u would know, has donated thousands when he can but one man with the salary of a political commentator and an extremely sick father to pay for cannot pay millions. Yes, this is our idea of news. This show does report the news, but he has segments for special comments, and his "personal rants". It may not add to the reporting, but who doesn't like a good rant every now and then. If you want to see bad reporting though, check out Glen Beck, and Bill O'Reilly.
