throughout a few years I only heard her music on cd, before I saw her live in hamburg/germany in november 2009.

It was such a great concert! Her show and the band was totally amazing. The crowd was "pogo dancing" til the floor became wet...I will will remember this evening a long time.

I disagree. The lyrics from this song are far from simple. She does a brilliant job of writing a song that's about corruption & being in love with a false reality of glamour & being consumed by the underbelly of glitz. I'd say they're quite poetic. Also, it's nice to see her get into it, as I've grown tired of seeing musicians & bands who look absolutely bored will performing on stage or doing their music video. She has the right kind of energy & passion to make this video & song work <3.
