OMG this is annoying... I was told when I bought this TV from BestBuy that the remote would be like the keyboard and I would be able to use the tv. To be able to access the ie but I cant, only netflix... That just doesn't make sense to me.
What if the web browser icon isn't there? We bought this exact TV brand new today, but the web browser icon isn't there. It was...but it disappeared. How can we get it back?

I do have the webbrowser and I connected the TV to WLAN. But the webbrowser doesnt open at all, not even after resetting the TV. Very poor.
