yea diabtes due to the way people eat which is horrid! not drinking water and tons of other shit you should be doing but don't then get upset when shit like this happens it's your own fault! Take care of yourself cuase if you don't who will!

i have toe problem, i dont know what name is. its kind of truma toe. my doc cut my toenail out. i think my feet are ok hopefully. i am 19.

I don't understand what causes diabetes.

Is it too much sugar? or something to do with insulin when we eat too much food at the same time and very fast?

No. Diabetes and sugar are not related. You can get it genetically, somewhat like cancer, or an auto immune attack, and some beleive from cows milk. Now, Type 2 diabetes can be caused from Obesity, or an unhealthy diet. But never from eating to much "sugar".

@Dawnwings true diabetes typ 2 is a genetically problem, but wrong is, if u eat to much sugar u can get it earlier.

if u got it, sport is the best medicine, dont belive 2 much in pills.

Damn I'm only 22 and I already have darker skin on my feet, my mom has ulcers but she said she never noticed them at such young age.

And a little tip for anyone who bodybuilds and has this crap.. stay away from any supp that has nicotinic acid (or niacin), I took one the other day and after couple hours I had red patched on my feet, and I don't think they'll go away.. so beware.
