Im kind of a Catholic Eclectic, but i revere Paganism and Wicca. And I just don't see why Wiccans and Pagans think their insulting Christians when they make a reference to their beliefs. I belive that we all worship the same God (or Goddes or Thing) but it's all just different ways. Jesus himself said that there are many paths to His Fathers house... Blessed Be (:

see i dont follow that same belife to me the concentration and intent is always way more important than the motions

I disagree. Spellwork/spellcraft is working with energy directly, and conforming the energy of the universe to your will. Prayer is asking the gods to conform the universe for you/help you out [working with energy quite indirectly]. Reiki [RAY-kee] is from Japan. Reiki is a tradition that directs intelligent energy for healing.

....no the direction of energy is all about the thought process and the using of will to move it into being to concentrate more spell work is there with the herbs and the rituals to make it so the energy is focused more through thought.

Okay! I just re-watched your video and I completely misunderstood you. I agree with a lot of what you were saying. However the orthopraxy of Wicca [for example] is both about concentration AND right execution, not concentration moreso than the ritual steps, though both are completely necessary. I've talked with an Alexandrian HPS and she said that their orthopraxy is very strict and if you mess up [even with the right intent], the spell doesn't work.
