It's easy, this is how I do it.

Left hand: Thumb on left analog stick, point finger on L1

Right hand: Thumb on right analog stick, point finger on the up arrow. When I get close enough, I hit square with the thumb(right hand) and after X with the thumb again(right hand)

@LancastX when you hit square, do you have to let go of everything, cuz when I do it I fall
