this seems to have been uploaded in a non HD format. Watch HQ and watch HD are two different things. This isn't a good representation of what the camera is capable of am I correct??

Yes, you are correct. This was uploaded before YouTube seemed to be showing the HD option, I'm not sure if that is what made the difference between this video and my other video (Flip MinoHD Test - Straight From Comptuer) or if it was indeed the software compression that did NOT trigger the HD?

Thanks for the reply. You're correct! My understanding is you have to upload the MPEG4 file directly from your computer files to obtain the full HD feature. You can't use the software that comes with the camera or you lose quality. The other vid looks great.

How do i upload vids in HD???????

This one isn't in HD but for my other ones I just uploaded the MinoHD created file straight from my computer. Then YouTube processes it and a "Watch in HD" appears under the video. It takes them a little while though so first you just see the normal version.
