  • OK so people's have problem with waitress served u with topless now try a pantless I think people will not complaint about tis now!!!

  • wat do guys enjoy topless girls, coffee and doughnuts

  • Comment removed

  • Both guys AND girls topless? Holy shit, I NEED to go there xD

  • Why oh why do I live in another continent?????!!!!!

  • lol um I was like the top waitress there. and I wnt home with average $1200-1500 a week... :) I have had so many radio interviews ... and even appeared on a German Reality TV Show episode.. but I quit once the shop was arsoned....

and what about exhibitionism? some people get off on being nude or having sex in public... thats worse, at least people have a choice to go there or not...

  • Furbush ; D should get her priorities in order.

Coffee and doughnuts are not a menace to society, topless or not.

  • They opened back up. Le awesome.

  • They are offering a product and service, they are taking all possible legal precautions to prevent illegal access, and that's done.

What possible argument can any sane person offer? It's dirty? Define dirty. It's immoral? I've long said government should get out of legislating morality and stick to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, as it was intended. And this it the latter two of the three, well represented.

Lay off. There is no crime here. If it offends you, re-examine yourself.

  • It's unfortunate how prude most Americans are, I don't really see why people being topless is that big of a deal.

This is coming from an American, by the way.

  • 'specially since it's 18+ only and it's less than a strip club ... by ... wearing more.

  • You maine-i-acs are VERY strange people indeed.

  • Too bad someone burnt it to the ground.............

  • I know the owners daughters.... really good friends back in high school and still r...

  • Oh yeah, because no one ever serves coffee to anyone else without a shirt on? This is the first and only time this has ever happened, and no one ever takes their clothes of for any reason ever in your town?

Please, give me a break. Stop trying to control the peaceful actions of others and mind your own damn business. You wouldn't walk into your neighbour's house and tell them to put their clothes back on while they're having breakfast. Why should a neighbour's business be any different?

  • They force people to go there?

  • i wana go and bang every1

  • i don't know why anyone would have a problem with this. it's just a topless cafe not a strip club. they even have attractive male baristas =D

  • as long as people are working lol

  • I heard about this coffee shop opening in Maine, I'd go if it was closer, I checked on mapquest, it's about 3 hrs from me, I'll stick to going to Hooters, thats only 1 1/2 hrs from me. I went to a topless restaurant in North Carolina the last time I drove to Florida, they had billboards for like hundreds of miles advertising it, it was right off the highway, my waitress was nice, the food was OK, I really wouldn't go out of my way to go their.

  • Furbush? seriously??? LOL

  • what if they spilled hot coffee on their breast

  • Now if they can find a way to ban lawyers from going in then they'd have something going on. ;-)

  • Why is this woman getting all angry? Do you protest at hooters too?

  • In my hometown of Waldorf MD they have a shop called Rudders house of cream They have pregnent wait staff and they add the cream and milk to your coffee from their breasts......

My wife has been asking if i would knock her and her friend up so that they can work there cause the money is so good....I said "look honey its one thing for you to want to work topless but its a whole nother world when you ask me to sleep with you and your hot girlfriend"

  • That's odd. A Google search turns up absolutely nothing on that subject.

  • The shop that i was talking about is kind of a speak easy...in that it is protected from view...Google is in on the game so they pretend that it does not exsist while all of the top people at google go to that shop all the time.............Eyes open bob...eyes open wide.

  • Wow, your story gets better. There's now a conspiracy! And the top people at Google travel from Mountain View, California to get coffee with breastmilk. :)

  • This opposant is so ridiculous.

  • do the waitresses wear bra's?

  • Who'd want armpit hair in their coffee or on their doughnuts?

  • lol i thought about that

  • thats an odd combination

  • If everyone started going topless, it'd become commonplace in time.

  • Rubbish. This is a niche business. You can't take kids in there.

The market for family-friendly places will always be larger, since there are more people with families.

No big chain will do this since the backlash would be too great across their big chain. Only a small entrepreneur can take advantage of this small segment of the market.

Relax. Govt. force would make this problem worse, and violate our liberty in the process.

Picket or boycott if you don't like it, but leave govt. out.

  • Lol. Poor mans strip club. No pole, no liquor license, and no dancers. Just $3 muffins, $2 donuts and cheap coffee.

    Thats the American hillbilly way.

  • Hahahah. ^ best post on here ^

  • I think you just inspired me to make my own videos. haha but I'm too lazy to! but good job with this video I can't wait to see more of your work

  • They have a right to open a business like this.

The townsfolk have no right to try to shut them down via the law.

They can picket. They can boycott. They can write letters to the editor. But they can not use the government to violate the rights to liberty and property of the owners and patrons of this peaceful business.

I would never shop there. I don't drink coffee, and I wouldn't pay extra to see half-naked women. (My wife is gorgeous and lets me see for free!)

    But they have a right.

  • indeed, well said ;)

  • Can i have a peek?

  • Certainly not for free! :)

Just kidding. Not for any price!

I suggest you go to the coffee shop in Maine for that!

  • it's just another way of degrading human dignity and calling it liberation.

for those who want total liberty, go join the animals. i'll just sit here and be hiher than y'all.

  • No, actually they never once claim it is any sort of liberation movement, the guy who owns the coffee shop clearly says that he is doing it purly for money. We live in a capitalist society and we are in a economic down turn people are going to do ANYTHING to get people into their place for money, as long as it is legal.

  • Degrading human dignity is when politicians tell free people what to do, and we take it lying down.

Look, you have lots of peaceful ways of resisting this kind of thing in your community. Picket. Boycott. Photograph people coming out. Write letters to the editor.

But demanding that politicians use the force of law is taking the easy way out. It's resorting to violence against peaceful, if misguided people. They aren't hurting you.

Liberty is fit for humans. Bondage is for farm animals.

  • freedom untethered from moral truths is freedoms enemy.

  • I do not propose to untether freedom from moral truths. I merely propose non-governmental means of holding people to moral principles where no rights are being violated.

You see, if you rely upon government to enforce our particular morality, we start a moral war in the governmental sphere. The proper institution for the enforcement of decency is not the government, it is the church.

Or would you leave only a diminished role for the church in society?

It is liberals who want big government.

  • how does taking your shirt off degrade people? you do it at the beach dont you?

  • Is the name of this shop Java Jugs?

  • A good ideas in these tough times!

  • lol @ whoever tried to make this an issue.

    Just shows major insecurity.

  • would u like some cream with that

  • if it gets these people employed then I think is worth it.

  • And all youtube has to show us is a topless dude. Way to go youtube ;)

  • at the oscars they said it loud and clear: F*ck trying to be a man, be gay! (Milk winning over The Wrestler)

  • I think it's a perfectly legitimate idea. If you don't like it, don't go...it's that simple. I personally don't feel the need to have a half-naked person serve me my coffee, but far be it for me to stop someone else...

  • why??? because people want to see titties and drink coffee at the same time!!!!!! that's why lol

  • lol, from a purely Capitalist point of view, what better way to make money is there? It's a business that doesn't really harm anyone, and at the same time preys on basic human impulses. I wonder what the consumer reaction would be if Wal-Mart took this idea for a test drive. LOL

  • Coffee and Tits.

  • Yeah, real good looking coffee machines. Good for the guy to be honest and say its a gimmick to make money.

  • And they got the checkerboard floor ...which means satanism is getting promoted with this idea...we are becoming like the uncivilized prehistoric societies where nudity was the way to exploit women.

  • where are the tits?

  • It shouldn't be illegal for women to go topless if they want. It's just a double standard, men do it all the time.

  • There was a beef bowl restaurant of topless in Japan before.

  • sex

  • "why dont you do this in your home town?"

    "this is my home town"

    "why are you doing it?"

    "trying to make money"

Bravo! Let the small business owner do what they want and get this stupid fucking government out of our way!

  • Are they Large or just regular...?

  • HAHAHA Paula FurBush!......

  • Being an entrepreneur with great ideas that works is not easy...

  • Did anybody happen to notice the name of the lady that was opposed to this business? And she's against a topless coffee shop?

  • alrighty then!

  • Great.... topless never hurt anyone..in fact, topless gives people a good time with their coffee hehehe

  • They wanted to go bottomless, but with all the lattes going around they didn't want there to be any accidents.

  • What kinda milk do they put in that coffee, EH?

  • Is 'New England Coffee' a brand name? I noticed it posted on their cups and such. What do they think about this kind of promotion of their product?

  • I have to do a bit of an online search, and maybe a email/letter to inquire what they think about this or if they are even aware of it.

  • Nice security.

  • "WHY?! What is your purpose?!"

I hate people like that. It's HIS town too, bitch. Just shut up and let him do his thing. At least he's doing something and not bumming off the government for welfare, like what her ass would if she were broke.

  • If that lady don't like it why is she there. Its not like her kids are going to be able to get in there anyways. Stupid lady.

  • Harmless entertainment.

  • man I love tit and coffee

  • i love mens tits .... go maine .... xoxnanette

  • mmmm good coffee!!!!

  • i think its a good idea...
