Unless after this seen you cried in a corner for the rest of the duration of the movie and refused to see/talk about it again. you would clearly know Baxter comes back and it's a major part of the movie. Baxter's return at the end of the film really required a suspension of disbelief, which is why I didn't like the brawl. It was in contrast to the rest of the film's humour and played out like a dream sequence. But it wasn't. The only time you kill off loved characters is when it's a revenge movie or a drama. Also, I'm a hunter who routinely shoots small animals, so no...not teary-eyed.
