Absolute classic, best drama of the nineties, I remember being so disapointed when an episode ended.

Not matched or surpassed to this day, must watch the box set of both series again..

I have always refused to watch this series on account of there being a character called Egg in it.

I remember watching this when I first moved back to the UK after growing up in Canada - I couldn't believe they had gay sex on the telly over here! ;) At that time there had just been a huge scandal over a character in St Elsewhere showing his bottom on TV in North America and then to move here and see this show was quite a surprise. ;) Anyway it was really good too!

Thanks so much for uploading This Life was the best show ever in the 90s loved it was totaly obsessed love dthe whole era of the Britpop days was me in my teen prime just discovering my sexuality and livin life. U Peeps are right they dont make tv like this anymore, reunion wasent great though. Miss the days of staying up late to watch it on school nite with sound down low so parents didnt hear sitting on window sil with a cig ahh glory ! Got the video but so need to get all episodes on dvd.

I bet back then Andrew Lincoln never even dreamed he'd have the lead role in a major big budget US TV show like he has in 2010 as Rick Grimes in "the walking dead", great actor

Compare this fantastic drama to the shallow drivel they spew out these days where every show is either some new 'police unit' (lol) or generic forensic investigation crap. Good luck finding a decent character in them. Only 2 series of This Life, such a shame.

There are no good TV shows like this anymore. This was an age of real, gritty, honest and earthy drama on British TV and in this day an age it has been replaced by mediocrity and fame hungry philistines who's only concern is lining there pockets by satisfying joe public. This is what great drama is made of. Why dose all TV today have to be aspirational?

I found out I used to work next door to where Milly and Warren work! I realised it during a scene where Warren walks down the street (Royal British Legion Borough High Street btw) but annoyingly I only realised it after I'd been kicked out of the country!

Brilliant! bought the series on DVD a while ago, always put it on when feeling crap, but then end up feeling sad when its over. Wasn't a big fan of the reunion - but it brought back memories and good to see a new episode. I love Anna, i feel like i need a cigarette everytime she has one, and people smoking at work indoors, brilliant.

I remember that series back in the mid 90's..at the time was real cutting-edge stuff and was highly entertaining...there's been nothing like it since..also, the title riff is well cool........thanks for the post ;)

i miss thsi show like crazy. the opening credits gave me goosebumps.
