why a smaller blower then stock?

id like to know what mods the regal is running, but if i had to wager a guess, id say cam, pulley, IC, 3.29's, etc.

why do you say "smaller than stock?" why dont you just say " more efficient than stock." or "less parasitic drag with high VE and lower delta temps than stock." is it to make it sound like it would be faster if it had the OEM blower on it?
honestly, i really want one.
