@MrNinjaMittens some of your questions were a little stupid. people need daylight to function properly. that's why it's considered unhealthy to work graveyard shifts etc. however, when it comes to darkness.... well back in the day we didn't have the light bulb, so when the sun went down it was dark. the only light they had were candles (which by the way also stimulate the pineal gland when you stare at them at eye level and arm length away). I am so confused. Does light stimulate the pineal gland or hinder it? I have heard many different "facts" on it. I am definitely not shocked that the pineal gland has been supressed from our knowledge though, but as you can see from the internet there is a vast amount of information that can be found on here so how can it be considered a bad thing. Oh, and I heard the world is getting brighter so is that the fault of losing our sense?

One thing here......there is much confusion over the pineal gland (pronounced pi-neal) and the third eye. I have come across sights that say the third eye is the pituitary gland and the pineal is the crown. I feel that is so.
