I think the director missed a bit of the propaganda classes in film school. The Great Leader or some soldier are supposed to pick up the kid and then recieve a spontaneous kiss, not just let the kids wave at the camera.

I think we all should remember who came rushing over the atlantic to help us end the war in europe quickly at huge cost and sacrifice. This should be copied in the same way, but in the direction of Iraq, by europe and a UN peace keeping force. The UN, Europe, Asia should re-think their approach and send in a huge peace keeping force to help the americans either get things under control, or make it easier for them to get out with casualties. Nothing has ever been done to repay them.
