Well, not sure how much dmg you should have done at that time,but what i know is that i kinda do 10k crits with Mind Blast and Shadow Word: death ... and constant 6k crits with Mind flay + 3k each overtime every 3 seconds if i'm not wrong.

i dont think there s a best rotation for a Shadow priest. priest should keep all the dot on boss. and thats all. when the cd of mindblast and PW death is over, use them.

DoT's should go up right after initial fear. then MB immediately then SW:D if they're low, or if you can spare the health for a bit of extra burst.

Easy version: MB is first priority then dots then flay.

Rotation sucks.

You have to time it so Vamp Touch falls off to get the ending tick.

This is because when you apply the debuff, it takes four seconds to actually do damage. if you don't let vamp touch actually fall off then you're wasting hecka damage over a long time.

also, shadow dps is broked.

I get the same damage on a target dummy, myself. Raids buffs and heroism push DPS to the 4300-5k mark in Ulduar.

Surely someone must've informed you by now that in Ulduar you have all the relevant buffs, e,g 5% crit, flasks, totems, Curse of Elements etc etc., and cannot be compared to DPS'ing on the dummy.

I do around 5.5 k in Ulduar with my Shadow Priest and only 3.8k DPS on the Dummy.

Remember to use Embrace in your rotation when using SW:D, this helps out with the heals on yourself and also the party... GL and work on binding your keys

Your stats look decent although you dont mention haste, and you seem to be spending alot of windup time on your opener. I have slightly better stats but my opening rotation is: VT,SWP,MB,DP,MF,MF,SWD,MB etc. At 320-385 haste, this opener hits around 3k dps very soon without spending 30s-1min getting there.

Is that really your opener? You are losing so much DPS by applying SWP before you have 5 stacks of shadow weaving. And even if you reapply SWP later in the fight, you are still using massive DPS due to the loss of the GCD for recasting pain.

VT-MB-DP-MF-SW:P is the best opener. It will get you the most bang for your buck in the opening seconds of the fight.

I personally use VT-DP-MB-MF-SW:P-SW:D. Slightly less opening DPS but synchronizes my ability CDS better, Personal preferance.
